Customize Personal Profile Form
The personal profile form is a way to quickly gather information on a client or prospect before a meeting. It would be great if this was customizable. Half of the info I don't care about there are many things missing that would be great to have on the sheet.
The suggestion may be planned, but there is no timeline on this feature being added.

It would be super awesome if the profile form printed as seen on the website! We have some of our older client's children's contact info listed and it just prints out at cell phone, not who's phone number it is.

We give the forms to the client to update and we can no longer do that with the account information on them. Compliance wants us to get approvals and put on all kinds of disclosures as with the monetary values on them it then becomes a report. Please allow us to remove this section!!

Can you create your own template for a client profile? The new version made changes to the client profile that we are not happy with and your service teams only suggestion was to alter it in Adobe.

Yes! Including minor kids names and BDs that we have entered as connected. Their professionals with related phone and address. Oh and of course their address and phone. Had this on one of your competitors and we all loved it as we left for client meeting trips.

They do, it's called a custom export and it has all the fields in there, you choose which ones you want to include or exclude.

This would be very helpful. Currently there is no combined report to use for a compliance meeting.

Need to have the ability to run a single report (.pdf not excel spreadsheet) that contains all information for that contact including accounts, notes, etc.

If Redtail can't provide reports that meet our needs as Advisors with a State Examiner sitting in our office for a week, then at least give us the capability of exporting ALL fields in Redtail so that we can customize and create our own reports.

Thanks, Craig! I was just going to suggest the same thing--I personally also find the Personal Profile Report very cluttered and hard to read. The Contact Detail Report is cleaner, but it contains things like status, category, service advisor, and writing advisor that I prefer not to be on reports that clients see.

Is there any way you could allow us to place what fields we would like to show on Redtail when we run a profile sheet. This is useful in meetings but I would like to see important info box and the accounts combined in one page report. Thanks.

Would be nice to have a three to four page personal profile form. Possibly call it "Profile Detail." Currently the only exports are big tables. The Profile detail can also serve as a partially completed fact finder / summary report to get ready for a meeting. Advisors will want it as the cover sheet, when they go to meet with a client.

Also, please add memberships. Since adult children don't fit the tax definition of a household, they are not included on client's household page and are entered as memberships. But when we print the Personal Profile form, there is a section at the bottom labeled "Children"... and it's blank. It looks like we don't have the information, when really Tailwag just forces us to put it in a different place than the form pulls from.

I desire an easy to print pdf formatted report of all the client data I have inputted in the client overview tabs from their names, to their accounts to their specific interests so an hour before the appointment I can be refreshed on all the information on the client- including their dogs name, etc. A pdf format would be helpful that fits on a page or two.

The 'Citizenship' field does not appear to print on the 'Confidential Personal Profile' page, and it probably should be.
Other fields can be added or re-sized or removed, depending on whether we need them or not.
Multi-record areas (like the Dependents) could be added for things like Activity, compliance issues (which disclosures they have or have not returned, and so on).In addition, on the 'Personal Profile Form', the 'STATE' name (2-letter abbreviation) for all of the drivers licenses is always going to be two (2) characters. Move it over (like nearly an inch) closer to the expiration date so that the Driver's License NUMBER can all fit on a single line rather than being split.

It should be a feature to modify the "create profile form" so that it can be more detailed. For instance, show different insurance, type of assets, Retirement information, estate planning, etc. With those options, we can input that information for each client.
