This would be a good option to add - If "Passport" is selected as "Type of ID" then Issuing State should be changed to Issuing Country, since PP are not issued by state.

Also, if you add a non-us citizenship to LaserApp it overwrites it with US Citizen whenever you send any updated client information from RedTail to LaserApp. Even if you have "Resident Alien" or "Non-Resident Alien" under the Know Your Client section it still overwrites it with US Citizen. This needs to be fixed.

We are promoting Redtail but it is only user friendly to US person. But we have more than 100 clients that are non-US. Timezone is a big issue requires immediate action. We can't assign task because it's only at US EST, PST or CST time. No Hong Kong time or Europe. I can't add non-US passports either.

...especially since states don't issues passports.

You should allow for a country to be listed as the Passport Issuer for clients who are non-US citizens and provide their Passport as their ID.

In Contacts in Misc Info instead of Passport Country it shows a list of the U.S. States. This is wrong it should be a list of COUNTRIES. This is a BUG.

As a workaround, I added the country (Canada in this case) as text after the passport number.
