Contact information for spouse - Would like button to automatically update/add contact information to spouse or other contact in a household
Would like button to automatically update/add contact information to spouse or other contact in a household. Currently I have to copy and past from one record to another each contact item at a time: phone number, street address, city, state zip. Issue exists when adding new contacts or updating address/phone for existing contact.Have to update both contact records manually.
The suggestion may be planned, but there is no timeline on this feature being added. This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

Along the same lines, if the address is changed for the head of household, the spouse's contact should automatically update as well. We should not have to do double data entry when updating shared contact information.

When a client is deceased you can easily move over the notes with the "move notes" tab to the surviving spouse. However, we need an easier way to move over the contact card, keywords, and tag groups. We want to keep the deceased profile information for our records so we cannot simply merge the contact. Copying and pasting each piece of the information is a pain. Even when creating a new profile for a new client you have to copy and past all of the information into the spouses profile.....cant there be an option to make the client information match the spouses on entry??

A spouse/child's information is very important to have especially since we can send the info to apps like Laser App to fill in forms. We don't need these family members to be contacts, but definitely for beneficiary forms or joint applications. An "Add a Spouse" or "Add a Child" feature would be wonderful since the address information is all the same and would save on time of typing in information that RedTail already has.
