Date of Death and Termination Date do not show on Personal Profile. Would be helpful for archiving records.
This would be helpful when archiving records. It is reasonable to delete inactive and deceased clients from Redtail.

When a client's spouse is deceased it doesn't indicate that on the personal profile form. Is the only way for us to not have it print on the profile form to delete the relationship? We wouldn't want to do that for some clients, but we don't want their information showing up on the profile form the way that it does. Any solutions? Can we have an option for what we show on the form each time?

Confidential Personal Profile should include every detail from the contacts "Contact Card" and "Contact Details", including "Date of Death" and "Termination Date".

It would be very helpful if the date of death of a deceased spouse were listed on the Client Personal Profile report. A client is listed as a "widow" or "widower" if the record reflects that the spouse is deceased, but it isn't know from this report when that person has passed away.
