This is greatly needed.

For larger offices, please implement this with a hex code custom color picker.

code users within group by color

It is OPTIMAL if we could have each user show up as a different color on the calendar. Having everyone in our team show up blue is not helpful. We are only a team of 5 but I cannot imagine the frustration this would cause a larger team.

We have multiple advisers and it would be great if you could assign a different color for meetings, tasks, phone calls to each adviser.

It would be extremely helpful to have an option to either:

1) Create a uniform calendar color code across an entire organization,
or
2) Copy one user's calendar/activity colors to another user

Currently, when a new user gets created, they have a default system color scheme. If we want to match them up with the rest of the organization, we have to go through them all one by one and change them to match. Kind of time consuming. What inevitably happens is the user will match some of the colors but not all, and then it starts to get confusing when an advisor looks at the receptionist's calendar and the colors aren't the same... Would be nice to have an easy way to coordinate colors across the whole organization.

This would be so helpful. I'm not sure if anyone reads these comments, but as an assistant to several advisors I would love to be able to see at a glance who is doing what when if a client calls and wants to schedule!

Create an individual user colors in team for calendar

This is so needed. It is way too easy to put a calendar event under the wrong person and there is no obvious way for anyone to notice because the colors are the same. I'll have a client show up, and wasn't expecting him because it accidentally was put under my assistant's username rather than mine.

If you can't do color, do shape, or texture or something.

Please make this happen :)

Allow admins to push colors for calendar to other users.

I know that this has been suggested and discussed for YEARS, but, we really need to be able to color code advisor's and their tasks, appts, etc. I really do not comprehend how this feature, which would be 100% useful and appreciated, especially by admins, who are assigning, moving, managing multiple calendars, so difficult.

With this, they may want to consider textures. If my team is all the red activities on the calender then maybe I could see that an appointment is a striped activity and a task is solid and a phone call has polka dots, that way we can try to get the best from both.

I would like to see a preference for different colors for different teams/groups appointments and tasks. The calendar is very hard to utilize when everyone has the same colors.
