Calendar Blocking
When you go on a conference or vacation. Your event last longer than one day. It would be nice to have a feature when you select all day, to have an end day. It would be the same day's date if it was just for that day, but if you were going to be at this event for a whole week it could block those days off your calendar for you.

I use the today screen a lot for my todos and like to make that list go to zero. Currently the best way for me to see someone is out of the office is to be tagged on an activity that says that. Where I would like to see employee's out of the office or holidays is not mixed in with all day tasks or taking over the calendar but right below the days at the top of the page so we can quickly see when an advisor or admin is out of the office. If that was above the calendar and all day tasks were moved to below the calendar (so you don't have to scroll down past large lists to see the calendar). that would be best.

I want to just look at my own activities but then on the top of the calendar let me know who is scheduled to be out of the office (or at least on vacation).

We often schedule appointments for our out of office sales people. It would be nice if they could update their calendar with times they are "unavailable" so we can work around their schedule. This would avoid confusion the confusion of tagging it as a "fake" appointment.

PLEASE do this one! Try going to a weeklong conference or vacation and having to enter it 7 times(!).

This is no different when you schedule an item for 3 or 4 hours and the event in the calendar looks like its only an hour unless you click on the calendar item to see the details this is way too many steps the calendar events need to show or block out that amount of time for the day.

Please add the request that we are able to see a bar across multiple dates (just like in Outlook)

I like this feature and would like to add the request that we are able to see a bar across multiple dates (just like in Outlook) and being able to use a different color (like orange) so the blocked out dates are easy to see quickly. Thank you.
