Arrange All Day Activities
We would like to be able to organize "all day" activities according to our priority (ie most important to get done that day we can put at the top of the day's list)

We have been using special characters (@~!*, etc) at the front of the subject of each activity to help organize them. Hope that helps someone else!

Along this same line, if the option to change the background color on calendar would be made available, that would be helpful. IE- Yellow background so our staff could know not to schedule meetings during a specific block of our advisors time.

I lose so much time scanning the all day activities so I can see all the ones of a certain type. If they could even be arranged by type, I could easily see all the items I have and prioritize my work in the block of day I have to tackle that specific activity type. If there was a way to organize the all day activities at a click, it would be huge - kind of like in an excel spreadseet, you can sort the columns by date, by value or by the alphabet. It would be a huge value to sort it by certain preset fields.

Yes! This is the my number one least favorite part of Redtail. I would love to be able to arrange my activities on the calendar view in the order that I plan to work on them. To be able to drag and drop in the order that we want would be ideal

When there are multiple all day activities they currently are input alphabetically. My idea would be to add the ability to click and drag to reorder the activities so that they are in the order that we want them completed.

Don't know if you have tried this, but in each activity you can not only choose an importance level from the drop down but also a "Priority" number from the drop down. (1-6) You could assign priority numbers? When you do, the number shows on the calendar without even having to hover over it. Hope this helps!

Most of our activities are in the "all day portion" I would like to be able to prioritize them myself (such as putting my most important at the top and working down) I do like that on the tailwag that they don't rearrange themselves every time I update an item though!

Currently, there is no way to sort all day events in the calendar. Allow all day events to be sorted by priority, importance, and category.
