Workflow Summary Notes
My team would really like to be able to export the summary notes for a workflow or be able to directly print them, this way we can use them in meetings away from the office or attach them to reports, and currently it doesn't seem there is any way to capture that data without copying and pasting it all into a word document.
It would also be nice to change the category of each step note as it is added or change a step category rather than only being able to change the category of a workflow, as some workflows deal with multiple aspects of the business.
Lastly, we are unsure if there is a way to get step/summary notes for workflows to be searchable along with general notes, as there seems to be a search filter for them, but they have never appeared in our searches.
