I have uploaded documents on some but not all of my clients. It would be nice to see an indicator that there are uploaded documents next to the document tab to remind me to look there. Maybe even a number matching the number of uploaded documents. ie: Three uploaded documents, the number 3 in red would show up next to the document tab

WHEN YOU UPLOAD INTO DOCUMENTS OR NOTES, THERE IS NOTHING THAT SHOWS THE ITEM IS THERE UNLESS YOU OPENT IT. iT WOULD BE NICE IF THERE AN iTEM COUNT NEXT TO IT SO USERS WOULD KNOW THERE IS SOMETHING UPLOAD UNDER THAT ITEM. EXAMPLE: DOCUMENTS ( 2 ) Notes ( 3 ) AND INCREASE THE NUMBER AS AN ITEM IS UPLOAD UNDER THAT SPECIFIC CATEGORY. ANY QUESTIONS LET ME KNOW. It would be helpful if the contact record showed that there were Doccuments stored in the document section.

A paperclip would be great or even a number indicating how many documents are attached to that contact.

under the contact record is the documents tab. Is it possible to have an indication of the numBer of records posted and uploaded?
ie. DOCUMENTS (4) etc -

It would be ideal if there were documents logged under a clients account that next to the documents tab an image of a paperclip would show up when documents are there. If there are no documents then no image.

This would be extremely helpful! Right now I have devoted my "category" field to denoting whether the client's file is scanned into Redtail Imaging or not... however this is a manual process. Any automation would make my life a lot easier!

Show a number next to the Documents so you can see if there are any uploaded, and if there are, how many. I would really like to see if there are any documents uploaded before having to click on it.

When a document is linked to a contact, add an indicator, such as a number or highlight the word "Document" on the left. This would eliminate the need to go searching to see if documents are associated with the contact.

You COULD always just TAG your records to show they have imaged docs. There are so many important features being suggested out there, this one is so simple and is easily obtainable just by doing it yourself.

Like Imaging, but please make it better integrate with the CRM. I should be able to tell immediately if a client/contact has documents associated with it. As it currently stands I have to know they have a document in imaging and then go look at it. This can not be that hard of an improvement.

Is there anyway Redtail could notify us that a document was sitting in document storage so we don't have to open the file to check? Thank you. Anthony

Have some sort of feature which would alert you if documents were stored for a client. Would be very helpful if it was on the initial page when the clients info is pulled up.

There should be an icon showing documents have been uploaded to a specific client/file
