    I agree with making the field searchable by name. Then, you can link without having to type every single name. A lot of our beneficiaries are already in the CRM; being able to have a search to link to the name would seem like a no-brainer.

    I agree this is absolutely annoying to see Last Tuesday; yes, I am aware if you hover over it, you'll see the date, but most people aren't that intuitive.

    I like this idea; instead of creating multiple "Notify Teams" groups, selecting the people you need to tag is way less tedious. This idea should be easy to implement, coding a checkbox into an existing checklist.

    Having a past due task stay on the today screen instead of rolling over to the void makes LOGICAL sense, I don't see how this was never the standard. I've moved all of my tasks to Microsoft Tasks simply because they don't remove the past due items and highlight them in red until I complete them. A simple thing Redtail could implement but haven't.

    The last update on this was in 2020. I would view this as critical for every advisor since DST Vision is what practically everyone uses. Can we get an update? It seems like the critical updates aren't as important as Redtail makes it seem. So disappointing that the things advisors actually need Redtail can't seem to do.

    I agree, this would be invaluable. I use Microsoft-to-Do List, and I don't know why something like this hasn't already been implemented. The original request was made under 3 years ago and no one from Redtail has commented on the idea....

    This would be helpful, however, I believe Redtail will say they can't implement this due to compliance reasons that is what I was told on a phone call. Those who are granted the ability can delete notes...so why can't we edit when Redtail already tracks every edit on the Timeline?

    People have been asking for an update, looks like one of the most-voted on feature requests and Redtail encourages us to vote! For what? 10 years of internal discussion? One year and no one could give status, Orion doesn't seem to be doing any better then Redtail was alone. Please prove us wrong.

    I'll throw my hat into the ring on this suggestion. I have to agree with everyone else if the CRM is supposed to be about accountability. Having tasks and workflows fall off of the dashboard after one day makes no sense. This needs to be applied ASAP over 10 years since it was suggested and it's still not implemented is highly disappointing. I dislike tasks specifically for this non existent feature.

    December 2023 This is an important feature needed for advisors to communicate with their staff on existing notes. How is this not at the top of Redtail's list? We've been asking for this since 2021, to brand as the financial advisor/planner's CRM you would think communication would be the most important feature. Again Redtail is lagging on features users are asking for....as usual.

    Ok so here we are in 2023 and Redtail still doesn't have this feature. Seriously this has to be a joke. What is the point of adding comments to the note feature if someone can't be notified that a comment exists, especially if someone is asking for an item or an update. This feature needs to be added ASAP, Redtail seems to lag alot on important features and implementing things people need and actually use. Get it togehter ladies and gents.

    This idea was suggested in 2013 and as of 2019 not implemented and as of 2022 still not implemented. Again another huge fail for compliance. Technically the Client Review Report doesn't show reviews in the past and I have had a ticket open on that for at least 8 months. It's unbelievable how long it takes to get issues related to compliance resolved. I'm feeling less confident in using Redtail as they bill themselves as compliance focused. It has been 9 years since this was suggested and still not implemented, I'm shocked.
