Copytalk Integration
When notes from Copytalk are posted in Redtail any special notations requested by the author i.e. Bold, Underline and even the Copytalk typist notation of (garbled) or (could not understand) do not show up in Redtail. Only plain text is posted through the integration and creates problems with accuracy in Redtail.

Since Copytalk allows you to change the email delivery preferences to have the dictation sent as an HTML or Word attachment, there should be some relatively simple solution for this...
