retriever cloud
Update Retriever Cloud so that it syncs to the users main Outlook calendar rather than create a separate calendar for the sync.

Eliminate Retriever Cloud and create an integration that connects directly with the Outlook Default Calendar. The current system does not work well.

This is critical because the Retriever Cloud integration advertises as a full sync between Outlook and Redtail. It is NOT! If someone adds something to my Outlook calendar I can only copy the details into my Outlook-Redtail synced category. *Copy* not sync. It is manual and does not work as advertised.

Yes this would be great. Wealthbox has this feature with their calendar and email where it syncs to the users account. It is very inefficient to have to manually add things to a calendar or cloud depending on where the event was created

This is critical to get operational ASAP. The current Outlook integrations are unreliable and this is a huge shortcoming when it comes to effectively using online calendaring.

This would be especially helpful for handling meeting invites received via email, which are added to the default Outlook calendar and then do not sync to Redtail. Although a third-party app like Zapier or Microsoft Power Automate can be used to bring these events over when created, they do not provide a means to update the event if edited or deleted by the meeting organizer.

Our biggest issue with this is that Outlook meeting invites are saved to the main default calendar. There does not appear to be a way to change the calendar where Outlook meeting invites are saved.
