Scrap Worflows and Start Over
Let's go RedTail. Improve your look & feel, functionality, and logic.
For example, Workflows are totally unworkable and forces practices to track processes in other applications, opening the door to your competition.
There are so many other applications that handle repetitive processes in a more logical and user-friendly method. Do some research and hire away some programmers, Orion.

Couldn't agree more. It genuinely blows my mind that Redtail Workflows is as clunky, terrible looking, and ineffective as it is. It looks like it's from 20 years ago...Redtail is a CRM, how is this possible? The fact that almost every Redtail user I know has to bring in 3 party task management tech because it's just a given that Redtail can't do it is crazy.
I would suggest fixing this before Redtail users just simply move to Wealthbox, ***** or other platforms that do a lot more in a much more efficient way.

Unfortunately, we gave up on Redtail workflows a long time ago.

3 years now since Orion acquired Redtail and I honestly cannot think of a single substantial update to Redtail to improve it or even bring it in line with other CRMs (who by the way are constantly imrpoving and adding features). Btw, dark mode is a joke so don't even promote that as being a "enhancement"

100% agree! Make Redtail more like Wealthbox, before everybody leaves and goes there anyway!
