  2. Pontera

    Pontera enables retirement savers to get help
    managing their workplace 401(k) accounts from their trusted advisor. Providing an integration to Pontera would allow for advisors to stay within the Redtail CRM while working on client 401k accounts in addition to tracking the AUM under Redtail.

  3. exports from Redtail to Quik

    We use Quik's integration with Redtail to partially complete our applications. We just realized that if the client says they have 0 years Mutual Fund experience, 0 Stock Experience the value does not come over. Quik tested if they put a value other than 0 it comes over but the 0 should also so we don't have to manually complete that they have zero experience

  4. Albridge Integration

    For Albridge, can we at least get the Account Type to populate? We see the accounts but have no idea what kind of account it is. Albridge has the data and may already be sending it. Should not be a hard thing to fix. Call me if I can help explain. Thanks!

  5. Redtail Cambridge Integration enhancement ideas

    Currently, the Redtail-Cambridge CLIC integration is a simple contact send from Redtail to CLIC. Cambridge is exploring options for enhancing the integration, and is seeking feedback for integration features that mutual users would like to see implemented. Do you have any ideas about integration features that Cambridge could consider including in the enhancement work? Please add ideas in the comments below.

  6. Ooma Integration

    Can we get an integration with VOIP provider Ooma, same as we have with Ring Central and other VOIP providers. It would be nice to be able to see the caller ID from our contacts in Redtail on our phones, and it would be nice to see them come up when the ring in.

  7. google forms or Microsoft Forms

    Why is there no integrations with this? I would send this to the client to fill out, as far as "intake," and i would take the responses, and integrate them into RedTail CRm in the account, or contact, afterwhich they would integrate with Docupace.

  8. Contact & Activity data privacy chances during Retreiver Sync

    When performing the initial sync of an advisor's Redtail to a Google Calendar we created just for them, we discovered that there is no option to keep linked contact information or activity details private, allowing anyone with the access to see private information. Our concern is that if Google Calendar is hacked, it opens a large back door to our Redtail/client data because of the info synced. When you choose 'Sync Contacts' and/or 'Sync Activities,' all data and information is synced to Google Calendar and made available to anyone with calendar access or who has been invited to a specific…

    We use SmartWaiver for our Engagement Letters, Risk Tolerance, etc. It would be great if the email used for the SmartWaiver could auto-pull into Redtail.

  10. Account Feeds, Integrations, & Reporting

    We have 401(k) participant accounts come through our data feed as unlinked because we don't have the contact and SS # in the system. It would be nice to be able to determine which employer plan (company) the participant/account is from (not just which 401k website).

    If not, then the ability to run reports based on Account Feed Details -> Account Title. Many accounts will start with "CB&T TTEE SIMPLE IRA PLUS," so we know it's from American Funds, but there is no easy way to determine which employer plan the account is under.

    Orion Connect and Redtail Data both need to flow to the Orion Planning Application. Right now either one source or the other can create a new plan in Orion Planning, and when it does, either Orion Connect managed accounts won't link to the plan if it is Redtail originated. or if you originate the plan from the Orion Connect feed, the household data OTHER than the primary household member doesn't flow over.

    I was wondering if there is any way that someone at Redtail could look into starting an integration with the Ramsey Pro Portal? When a person applies for a nearby SmartVestor on the Ramsey Solutions website, they input their name, email, phone number, city, state, and zip code. On the SmartVestor's (our) end, that information immediately populates to the Ramsey Pro Portal website from which that data can be exported to a .csv file.     We use Speak as an internal messaging system to work on clients. We set up a channel for those clients (that is not shared with the client). It would be great to be able to tie those messages on the internal client "to do" channel to the CRM record of the client.

  19. Redtail Imaging integration with Windows file explorer

    Using Redtail Imaging or CRM Documents requires the user to upload a document. This process is easy, but it does require an additional step. Currently when a document is created for a client it then must be scanned and saved to a "local" destination and then uploaded to the respective Redtail location. If a document is downloaded the same procedure is required: download to a local destination and then upload it to Redtail. Since both Imaging and CRM Documents are cloud storage like OneDrive or Google Drive it would streamline the process of getting documents into the client's profile if…

  20. Primary Financial Rep - from Redtail to AW

    It would be beneficial to be able to automatically designate who the financial representative is on an account when sending to AdviceWorks. For example, I am an assistant, so would not want any contacts under my rep code by accident. When I send clients to AdviceWorks it populates my rep code in for them as default. I would like it to automatically fill in the Financial Professionals Rep code instead of mine so that no errors are made.
