This is by far the most important feature I would like to see. I would like to see a feature in Outlook that when I send an email, a popup comes up asking where to save the email inside of Redtail. Because if I am emailing an Underwriter, odds are, the client is not CC'd. So the popup would ask where to save it and I would chose the client. Then, for incoming emails, there would be an Outlook add in button to save that received email into the appropriate client file without having to copy and paste each one. Without this, the process of copying and pasting each email into it's respective client file is extremely cumbersome and time-consuming.
