Review Dates
The automatic update is confusing. But what makes this system even harder to use it that "First Review Date" which we use as last review date is not sort able anywhere. You should be able to get a report of that date so you could know if a client hasn't been in for a while. You should also be able to simply put in a month for client review, though it looks like you can enter "each January" it then prompts you that you haven't chosen a specific day or week. The process of using the review tool was one of the features we thought would be great in Redtail and it functionality is aggravating to say the least!
