    Couldn't agree more with everyone's comments. An activity should not be past due if the due date is set for the end of the month or a later date. Just because the start date has passed, doesn't make it a past due item. If the due date isn't even being used, why is it even there

    This would be extremely helpful for our office as well to narrow clients with account values greater than or less than a specified amount in addition to identifying zero balance accounts. Please add feature.

    Our office is also wanting to track this information. And sometimes a contact can have more than one trusted contact listed. Have this feature would be very helpful! Rather than having to create a UDF or such for this kind of thing since it is required. A rough timeline for this feature would be appreciated.

    This functionality would be extremely time saving in the long run, especially having multiple people emailing using the same subject line for client convenience.
    When you recall something mentioned in an email body, but can't quite remember when it was sent much less the title.
