Track Commissions
Please provide a report page that shows outstanding revenues that can be targeted, both for Commissions and for AUM (Assets Under Management). This feature will allow advisors to see all of their revenues that they can potentially acquire, if they close all of their outstanding prospective business. Please list Commissions and AUM for each Prospect/Client and a Total for all outstanding amounts at the top of the page. Thanks!

Workflow linked to contacts
While in a workflow, I want to be able to use the "+" button to start another workflow and the new workflow be connected to the same client. We are accidentally starting workflows from within existing workflows and those new workflows aren't connected to any contact.

opportunity filter
We'd like the opportunity to save our filter choices so we consistently receive the data we are seeking rather than needing to re-filter every time we go to the opportunities screen.
For example, at the end of 2019, we had opportunities that were pushed out to 2020 close dates. These were removed from the default view until you filtered to include those dates. We had to continually re-filter to be sure we weren't missing any of our current opportunities because the filter defaulted back to 2019 calendar year.

Tag Group and and Client Lists - Data Export and Printing Options
Looking for a way to export (to Excel or text) and print the client list so that I can see all the Tag Groups and to which each client is assigned to. This feature would be very helpful in both current client management and new client setup. I would like to be able to look at this data in various ways and to print checklists by Tag Group and client. Thank you!

Add Contact Name to Notification Subject Line
For new activities: Add name of contact in email subject other than "Redtail CRM: An activity has been updated." This will allow us when viewing the many notifications for daily RT activities to pick and choose which ones to look at or address immediately. If an activity is updated 2 or 3 times, there are 2 or 3 notifications. This is okay but it makes it redundant and not timely to look at most critical activities first. Especially in a busy environment where activities are getting updated and added quite a bit throughout the day.

Make a workflow step's due date relative to previous step's completion
Instead of scheduling a task's due date relative to the workflow's due date, we would like to be able to schedule it relative to when the previous step was completed. For example, have step one due a day after the workflow is made, and step two due one week after step one was completed.
In addition, workflow tasks should remain on your "today" page from the day they are due until the day they are marked complete. That way if you are not in the office, or unable to do it on the day it is due, you won't forget…

Time tracker
Similar to Toggle, something that when you're in the CRM on a client, you can hit a button and it times who is working on that client and for how long, maybe have project options. This would be very helpful when you have to bill clients. Also, you'd have a log of how much time you spend with that client.

Update clients contact photo based off of their linked social media website
I think it would be great to have the ability for our client's contact record photo be updated to whatever the image they have on their connected social media website. For those who have multiple social media websites, I feel it would be easy to give the advisor a choice on which photo to have system default to use.

Please fix past due tasks to show on contact page again (Twelve month window).
Please return default range for open tasks to last six months and next six months. The new "Open Activities for Next 30 Days" is frustrating.
First, the goal of the CRM is to quickly see what is going on with the client. If I just met with the client and didn't complete the meeting notes and tasks, there is no indication there is recent activity on the contact page. (i.e. looks like nothing is going on, and the client was just in the office yesterday.)
Second, Clicking on PAST DUE activities on the top of the contact page DOES NOT…

Popup alert or notification to confirm when you drag a calendar event
We have an issue where events, seminars, or appointments will accidentally get dragged to a different time or day on the calendar.
When changes are made by dragging, the change isn't even noted in the "Timeline" for the activity. When a workflow is done, being able to set up an automation to detect when a workflow is done and assign another workflow to the client(s).

Linked Notes - Notify User and Copy to Another Contact
It would be very helpful to have the same features in Linked Notes as we do in when adding a regular note - I often need to notify a user of this linked note as well as copy the linked not to another record.

Create a search for missing client review data
I would like to see an advanced search feature to show if the client review update frequency or client review date IS EMPTY or IS NOT EMPTY.

Add a "Call History" log similar to "Email History"
Add a log for phone calls that can have an associated client, sound (call recording) file, description, and time and date. It would be nice to have this set up on the contact overview page so that an overly filtered report or search wouldn't need to be done every time. This would be especially useful to have on hand when a client calls so that no matter which team member or employee answers, they can quickly and efficiently see all phone communication with the client.

Assigning multiple advisers or Team to an Opportunity
Is it possible to assign an opportunity to multiple advisers? We have situations where multiple advisers are assigned to an opportunity and they would like to be able to select all opps that they are working even those that they jointly are working as a team.

Morningstar - Make Reports on Family
It would be helpful to be able to run a Portfolio Snapshot Report for all Family Accounts instead of just for one individual.
