  1. Activity Pinning

    It would be a great resource for activities to be pinned at the top of an activity list. Listing an activity as a high priority with the exclamation point only goes so far. The date does not roll, so if the user doesn't know to update his columns by priority or if it changes, then the activity goes back to the original date. Going thorough and rolling each activity every morning is inefficient. If there was an easy way to PIN a certain activity to the top it would stay at the top of your list no matter what.

  2. add a team to a task

    It would be nice to have an option of adding a Team to an activity or task when creating or editing as opposed to just one person at a time. We have teams that consist of 5 employees so it's a waste of time to add each one individually for every task when we could just add their team in 1 fell swoop.

  3. Scheduling meetings

    Force a choice of attendee rather than default user as attendee. Don't allow appt. to be made until choice is made. It will force you to make sure that the attendee is correct and not user.

  4. Activities - Updated Notification

    Some of our employees have expressed frustration with the inability to determine what was updated in an activity when they receive the updated activity notification. They suggested is there any way to add a highlight or some type of identifier that shows what was updated on the activity in the notification e-mail. That way it can be determined whether or not action is required without having to make additional clicks.

  5. color options for different activity types... we would like to suggest adding in patterns

    There is a wide variety of color options for color coding different activity types... we want to request that additional options be added. Perhaps different patterns or metallic colors. Even further separating the many different staff and activities they partake in. We have 6 reps and each rep has category for task and personal and appointments. It becomes quite hard to differentiate them all. More Color options would help.

  7. Whole office's activities under "Things to do" on homepage/today page, not just what is assigned to me

    I'd like to be able to see all activities in the office that need to be completed that day right under "Things to do" on the today page. I am the main advisor in the office and I want to be able to see what tasks need to completed for the whole office that day. Unless it is assigned to me I can only see my tasks. I need to make sure everyone is completing the tasks assigned to them and rather not have to go into the calendar to see it.

  8. Method for tracking time spent on a client

    You really need some easier way to track time spent on clients so we can easily determine who's profitable or not.

    We schedule a lot of client meetings on our calendar and there are 4 reps working on this calendar. I am the one to go in and "complete" out the activity for all appointments. Seems to me there should be a quick link button right there on the calendar to complete it. Each time I have to click on the appt, then go in and scroll down to save and complete. Then it reloads the whole calendar again... thus losing my place. It would be very handy to have this option. On the contact side, there is a drop down…

  10. Optimize Tailwag to work with Microsoft Edge Browser

    Hopefully this is already on the Redtail agenda. Whereas Tailwag works in Edge, formatting is lost in activities. For example, hard returns are removed from formatting in activities for one big run-on sentence. Otherwise, many features work much better in Edge than IE or even Chrome. It's generally less buggy.

  11. recurring activity

    Recurring Activities - when you add a linked note and save for "occurrence" it should only link to that occurrence. not future occurrences as well. (unless you choose future occurrences)

  12. activity disposition (action)

    I color code my activities, using green for activities that have yet to be completed, white for activities that have been marked completed. Some activities have not been completed, and will not be completed. I do not want to delete them because I want to see them on my calendar when I review my calendar activities, but I do not want them to be marked completed, nor do I want them to remain green.I look back to prior days on my calendar to quickly and easily see activities that I still need to complete.   13. provide ability to toggle importance and priority settings on the task screen

    I find it very helpful to be able to sort on importance and priority on the list of tasks screen using one click. This really helps me prioritizing my tasks. However, to change the importance and priority for each task, right now, we have to do into each task detail to do this. I suggest that you add the ability to do this from the list of tasks screen to allow us to change the setting for these either on one task or on multiple tasks.

  15. New Button "Create & Complete"

    For those of us who need to track the activity, not in notes.
    A create and complete button would send the activity to Levitate too, so our "keep in touch" info is up to date. Notes doesn't do the trick there.

  16. Allow a recurring activity to end after a certain number of times not just on a specific date

    I would like to have the option of ending a repeating task/activity after a certain number of occurrences not just on a specific date. For example, if I have an activity to send a payment reminder for a level term premium, I only need to do it 10 or 20 times. It would be easier to just select the Repeat Ends after X number of times instead of On and then having to go in and select a date 20 years out.

    I set long term activities and it would be great to not have to build a "Custom Range" filtered activity in order to see all activities that exceed 12 Months.

  19. custom dates -

    Activties/Dates - go back to the way "custom range" was before the update, new way is to time consuming - using the report option, takes even more time

  20. Call log integration into Activities or Notes

    Integrate way to log calls from existing Contacts into Activities or Notes section. Prefer to keep it display separately from Notes to not clutter Contact's profile.
