  1. Can you add nicknames on calendar?

    We have several clients that are Jr. and Sr. and they go by different names. It would be nice that on the calendar it will show nicknames.

  2. change categories in existing calendar sync

    I would like the ability to change the categories for an existing calendar sync setup through Retriever Cloud. The only way to change categories is to disable the sync, then recreate it, which then renames the Outlook calendar it is being synced to, which cascades into having to relink all the 3rd party calendars that are tied into that calendar in Outlook (Calendly, for example, has to be re-set up). If we could just change the categories and keep the same calendar name in Outlook it would make like much easier on us.

  3. Calendar filter templates

    Customizable filter templates for the calendar. For instance, a saved filter for 3 users, then another saved filter for 5 activity types. This would be great for admins that oversee a lot of users and need to switch back and forth. It's cumbersome to use the checkboxes every time.

  4. Calendar Sync

    The fact that we cannot truly sync google calendar to redtail calendar is a big problem, rendering automation templates essentially worthless to initiate workflows. This could easily be fixed and should be a top priority, as it eliminates hours of work per week spent in manually assigning workflows.

  6. search calendar

    It would be incredibly helpful to be able to search the calendar for open appointment times. It's very tedious to search for open times when on the phone with a client. If I could, for example, search for all open 90 minute appointment times it would be so much quicker to schedule clients. Often times I have to tell a client I will call them back because it takes so long to look through each week to find something.

  8. Adjust the "Repeat Ends" Calendar Date for Repeating Activities

    When a recurring activity is set and the "repeat ends" is selected, the calendar jumps to today. It should jump to the date of the activity.

    For example, when I set up an event for next year, I have to scroll through a year of the calendar to get to the end date for the recurring event. It logically should pop up starting with that future date.

  9. Mobile Calendar not displaying activity over multiple days correctly

    On my desktop I can see that a team member has an all day vacation activity set up for the date range 6/14-6/23. When I look at my mobile calendar I am only seeing an All Day vacation note for the first day and then nothing to indicate his vacation on the following days. This should be showing up for each day that is in the range of the original activity. It is confusing to not show this for each day that he is out on vacation.

  10. calendar

    Add a feature to hover over the event on the calendar to then "Save & Complete", "Delete", etc. so you don't have to click into the event to do that.

  11. Tag out of office meetings/appointments

    Create a field under activity details to mark a meeting as "Out of office" so staff knows the meeting is not in the office.

  12. Adding a "user" field to the calendar preference section

    Adding the option to set your calendar preferences so it defaults to specific users instead of showing all users.

  13. Send invite to contact when scheduling an appointment

    Most programs today allow you to send in invite to the contact you have schedule some type of appointment with to add it to their calendar and accept or decline it. Why doesn't Redtail do this?

  14. Keep default settings in Calendar for Users and Types

    After clearing cache and cookies for Google browser, the Users and Types reverts back to "All," despite that I only use certain of those.
    Keep those setting defaults to the ones I've chosen so I'm not having to reselect all of those each time browser settings are cleared.

  15. Calendar Update Notifications

    When a calendar activity has been assigned to a team member they are notified via email. When the activity has been deleted/removed from the calendar, the tagged attendees are not notified of the deletion and now opening in their calendar. This would be a helpful use of the calendar system.

  18. Web mail calendar sync with regular redtail calendar

    I would like to suggest that Redtail coordinates the Redtail web mail calendar with the regular Redtail calendar. If you could sync those two calendars together that way I wouldn't have to manually transfer my web mail calendar appointments into the Redtail calendar
