native scheduler
There have been hundreds of comments over years about Redtail having a native scheduler. I would GLADLY PAY what i am paying to my current vendor to have this option direct with Redtail.... PLEASE!!!!!

When users click on "today" in the calendar (upper left side, near arrow buttons) - could we actually be taken to the present day?
The "today" button, as it currently is being used, takes the user to the current "month" not the current "day." The definition of today means present day, when clicking on "today" can we go to the present day instead of the month. Thank you for considering this change!

Allow Calendar Color Assignment for Private Activities
Please Add / Allow a Calendar Color Assignment Option for Activities which show on our calendar as Private (people other than the private activity owner).
We can assign colors for all other activity types on our calendar - why not activities which are classified as "Private"?
Also, PLEASE allow for different calendar color coding options (not just for TYPES) - We should also have the *Option to choose to Color Code by CATEGORY or by USER...everyone uses RedTail differently. With today's technology, we should be afforded this simple, but vital choice.

New calendar update
It appears that the activities in my teams calendar seems to be cut off. For example when we schedule client reviews, we put them in the calendar in the Subject line, "ACCOUNT REVIEW W/ (CLIENTS NAME)." Now, when we look at our calendar the clients name is half way cut off depending on the length within the Subject line and only shows three dots "ACCOUNT REVIEW W/…" You have to hover over the activity to see the full description of the appointment. Add 2 contacts to calendar event
It would be great to be able to add multiple contacts to a calendar event when you're creating it in the calendar.
I know you can add another after the fact, but that takes longer.

ABILITY TO SEE CONTACT INFORMATION ON PRINTED ACTIVITY DETAIL
I print the activity detail page for our appointments in the office and place on the clients folder, I would like to see the contact information such as phone, email and address visible on the printed sheet under the Contacts Name, I am currently having to write everything in.

Retreiver cloud edit to settings
It would be very nice to have a way to edit your retriever cloud settings without having to de link retriever cloud. De linking and re linking creates an entirely new sub calendar in Google calendars and then all events have to be imported or readded and if you are sharing this calendar all new sharing has to be established

Be able to lock scheduling on calendar to certain people in office
Would like to be able to lock scheduling things on the calendar out to certain employees. They can see the calendar, but cannot schedule.

Give the Calendar - "Today's Date" Indication More Visibility
In Month view, and the current system makes this difficult to view today instantly. It would be beneficial to add a more visible item such a different color for the date/number or a colored border (perhaps a choice in preferences).

Redtail Scheduling
Just like you guys have Redtail imaging it would be nice to have Redtail scheduling! An integration where clients can go to our websites, or we can send links out via email to schedule appointments. Either a phone call or in office appointment. Client can see set times and dates available and they pick what they want. They can even leave a note about what they want to talk about in their appointment. System would send out a reminder email to the client the day before. Client could also cancel from the reminder email with a reason. It would be…

Calendar Feature / Settings / Option to View ONLY Select Activity Types or Categories of Other Users / Team Members
Please Add Feature to Calendar Settings, Wherein we have the Option to View ONLY Select Activity Types or Categories of Other Users / Team Members...
No one wants to Sort Through / have EVERY Calendar Activity of EVERYONE in the Office constantly Showing on their own Calendar.
**HOWEVER, They DO WANT TO (always) SEE / Know When Other Team Members Will Be OUT OF THE OFFICE on VACATION or (especially these days with COVID) WORKING REMOTELY.And they do Not want to constantly be switching their calendar back and forth to View / Not View others' Activities on their Calendar…

Retriever Cloud Sync - Contact Information In Description
It would be great if it also synced over the preferred phone number for the assigned contact. That way when the office schedules a call for me, I don't have to log in to know what number to call.

reoccuring calendar items, not showing subject line
Seems with the most recent update the subject line isn't showing in the calendar view - even when the activity is 1+ hr

Month view update
I schedule for others so I use the month view. I'd like to be able to see blocked times in that view similar to what is shown in the week view to avoid accident scheduling over time already blocked off.

Locking meetings in place
As we have accidentally moved meetings on the calendar, then had to go back and look through emails to see when it actually was, or worse, miss the meeting altogether, I think it would be a great idea to have the meetings lock in place (and also unlock if it needs to be moved or deleted), so that it cannot be accidentally moved once it's on the calendar. Lock/unlock, just to keep meeting from moving, not from allowing other's to lock/unlock and edit meeting if need be. Thank you.

Email confirmation of webinar registration link to RT calendar
When I register for a webinar or meeting and the system sends an email confirmation it offers links to add it to outlook or google calendar but not the Red Tail calendar. It seems logical that it should.

Calendar Scheduling
I noticed that when customizing repeat events, there used to be an option to make an event for the "Last" day of that week. Now, there is only the option to make an event land on the "Fifth" day of that week. Not every month has 5 weeks. Could we add back on the "Last" day feature??

Calendy type of feature for client to easily get on our calendar for a digital meeting
With all the digital meetings now we need clients to be able to setup a meeting by choosing 15 minute or 30 minute openings in our calendars similar to a technology called Calendy. I dont' want to have to add another technology if it can be added into Redtail
