How can we improve Redtail Technology's CRM?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  2. Provide a link to client to schedule a meeting during a block of time on calendar

    Allows us to create a link to send out to multiple clients allowing them to choose a time slot during a specific period of time to schedule a meeting. Once selected that time slot would disappear from the options to the other clients.

    Ability to add more than one client at a time for an activity on the calendar (instead of having to click "create and edit" and then add additional client).

  4. Integrate with third party calendars including Woven and Fantastical 2

    Woven is a relatively new third party calendar that offers many features that other calendars don't have. Woven will also combine both Microsoft 365 and Google calendars, but has trouble once RT is added. Fantastical 2 is a very user-friendly calendar that is google-based.

    It would seem logical for RT to integrate with third party calendars since these companies often specialize and therefore offer more features and convenience than RT can provide.

  5. Ability to create "Users" for scheduling purposes only.

    We have had to create full Users in Redtail for blocking off our conference rooms for appointments, an employee "out of office" time block, etc. and it would be beneficial to be able to have these Users that aren't actually "Users" or have their own logins. We have over 90 "Users" in our database and some of these are only for scheduling purposes and shouldn't have to be added to our billed number of Users (I believe the monthly price increases every 30+ Users).

  6. Add the ability to add Zoom meetings and ical meeting info into the CRM calendar

    It would be nice if we did not have to manually add Zoom meetings or other meetings that come via ical (ICS file) stuff directly into the CRM calendar. Right now it is a long process of copy and paste and saving the meeting emails in Zimbra so you can have the live links necessary wheb the meeting time comes along.

  8. Retreiver Cloud Activities Sync Default

    I have some people in my office that prefer that Tasks do not sync to their google calendar (seems to clog up their calendar) but currently that is the default selection and cannot be un selected.

  9. It would be most helpful to be able to color code appointments by who's appointment is noted (who, meaning person in our office).

    I make appointments for several people in our office. It would be helpful if they could be color coded so at a glance I could pick out who's appointment is whose.

  11. manage activity pop-ups

    You recently changed the calendar screen - if you linger over and activity for the slightest hesitation, a window pops up showing more activity information and frankly, it is usually in my way and now I have to move my curser off that activity entry for a couple seconds for the pop-up to go away so I can continue with my work. VERY ANNOYING. If I need more info on an activity, I know how to double-click to drill down into the activity. I shouldn't have to worry so much about where my cursor is to avoid these annoying interruptions!…

  13. SHOW FULL CONTACT CARD ON APPOINTMENT SHEETS

    WHEN I PRINT AN APPOINTMENT SHEET I AM CURRENTLY HAVING TO WRITE IN THE ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER. IT CURRENTLY ONLY PRINTS THE CLIENT NAME. EVEN IN DOCTORS OFFICES ETC... AT LEAST PHONE NUMBERS ARE PRINTED ON APPOINTMENT SHEETS. OUR ADVISORS TRAVEL AND IT IS IMPORTANT FOR THEM TO HAVE CONTACT INFORMATION PRINTED ON THE COVER SHEET.

  14. Retriever Rolling Calendar Syncing

    In Retriever, It would be super if you could have a 'rolling' calendar/time-line when the preferences are set for calendar syncing. We were doing a 3 month 'viewing' w/Calendar but it was still showing September - current. Is there a current setting we're missing or is this the current default (that we have to manually update)? Thank you and we'll talk after Jan. 4th!!!

    The integration with Outlook gets worse not better. Retriever is not getting support and the cloud integration does not work well.

  19. Integrate Third Party Calendars into the Redtail Calendar

    It would be wonderful to be able to add iCal and Google calendars INTO the Redtail calendar. I can sync a Redtail calendar to google and see it along side other calendars. I can do the same with Outlook. However, only I can see those integrations in those apps. I would like my team to be able to see my full calendar, not just what is visible in Redtail.

    Currently I have to manually add third party calendar events from other organizations and family to Redtail, duplicating everything. There is an "add iCal" option, but it apparently only works if…
