How can we improve Redtail Technology's CRM?

  1. Would like a Retriever Cloud option to choose whether or not to have attendees and linked contacts in the body of the Activity

    When using Calendly or adding an activity to Outlook that includes an invitee, an extra Outlook notification is sent to the invitee after Retriever Cloud adds in the linked contacts and attendees to the body of the activity. Would like to avoid this extra email by disabling those items from being added to the body.

  3. Mobile app - add ability to see only appointments

    Right now on the mobile app, I'm only able to select which users appear on my calendar. It then shows all tasks and appointments on the calendar. Please add a feature where I can choose to only see appointments on my calendar for the selected users, like I can do on the desktop version. Thanks!

  4. birthday

    Please, please allow the client's birthday to sync from RT calendar to outlook via retriever for tailwag 1.3.8.
    Most of my work is from my phone especially early in the day when i want to make a birthday call. As of now it will not sync to my outlook calendar and would be SO appreciated

  6. Ability to change color for different priorities for tasks

    When entering tasks, it would be great to change the colors for different Priority numbers, especially 1 versus others.

  7. Calendly integration--prevent tasks created in Redtail from synching with Google calendar

    Calendly integration is GENIUS, however, a key issue with Redtail’s Calendly integration is that Redtail activities categorized as "Task" flow to the Google calendar and appear as a calendar event. NO tasks should flow to Google; Google should be a pass-thru only from Calendly to Redtail’s calendar.

    Our business requirement: a solution where clients and prospects can see our calendar availability and schedule/re-schedule their own meetings with us; this is a very high business value to achieving internal efficiencies for our practice and for the client in being self-enabled and increasing their convenience.

  8. it would be nice to actually view the different user's Calendar colors

    when we choose our own individual Calendar colors, we use that to individualize because we compare our Calendar colors with another co-worker. So when we look at both Calendars, we need to see the 2 different colors, not have them look the same because that is our "view" from the color we chose for that activity

  9. It would be very helpful if Red Tail had an automatic refresh.

    I work with a client appointment calendar and unless I remember to refresh the calendar, I won't see cancellations or changes to our daily appointment schedule.

  10. Currently we are unable to use the redtail calendar to send meeting requests as a function of the outlook calendar to recipients.

    The goal would be to not need to send appointment requests through outlook directly in order to establish, confirm with participants, adjust time or day with other invitees the time, day, and location of an agreed upon appointment among two or more people. Currently we are unable to use the redtail calendar due to its limited ability to interact with outlook as changes occur

  11. Option to show review reminders for specific users instead of NONE or ALL in the calendar.

    The calendar ignores the selected users and shows either ALL client reviews for all users, or NO client reviews. It isn't possible to show reviews for just the currently selected calendar users. If one wants to show reviews, then automatically reviews for all clients for all advisors are shown. Please allow a filter for this. Thanks.

  14. Filter client reviews and birthdays by user

    Client reviews and birthdays are currently showing up for EVERYONE in the calendar, even if only "Me" is selected in the user filters. It becomes really cumbersome to try and weed through all the reminders and reviews in the calendar when you're looking at 12+ advisors' review dates. It would be really great to be able to filter these reminders out by user so servicing advisors only see reviews and birthdays assigned to their clients.   15. Sync Redtail Calendar with Zapier with more options

    If there was an api to sync redtail calendar with zapier giving many available fields to then sync the redtail with acuity, calendly, etc.

  16. Contact name hover over window customize-able

    When you hover over a contact name in calendar...a window pops up showing contact information like address, phone and email...I'd like to be able to have that window be customizable so that I could display the clients investment account balance at the bottom of the window.

  17. More Integration Options with Automated Meeting Reminder Platforms

    Fully integrate with more than one platform for automated meeting reminders. Right now you only offer integration with Appointment Reminder. Appointment Reminder is not a great product and is very frustrating to work with. It would be great to have some options with better platforms (Apptoto for example)....
