Emails search
I need to be able to search clients WITHOUT an active/primary email. The search "without email" leaves out those elderly clients who no long able have an active email or don't communicate via email. We have archived their email to save email history but then by default we leave them off our call list because they are left out of the search client WITHOUT emails because system is picking up the archived email - which isn't active anymore.

Configuration for Sent Emails to Auto-Save to Notes
Can we please get a way to manage e-mail settings to have all of our emails sent through Redtail automatically save a copy to the notes that way we do not always have to manually check the save to notes box at the bottom of the email screen? This creates too much room for error in the potential of forgetting to check that box and email history is important.

Email distinction for Internal vs. External
RT captures all email history for anyone with an email listed on the database. However, it has become an issue internally because email rights allow viewing private internal (HR) discussions. This has caused management to remove all employee emails from the RT database, so we can no longer research email history unless it is just between you and the client. This adds to going back in forth with other teammates to confirm if they spoke to a client or followed up on a particular issue. Increase attachment size
Increase size of file allowed in email attachment - currently says nothing bigger than 5MB is allowed. Our PRs are larger than that size with all the graphics.

BCC email archive for client email history
Redtail should capture emails sent 'BCC' from Outlook in the client email history. Currently, it only captures for the archive if it is sent in the 'To' box. But to protect client emails we use the BCC feature. We have migrated to sending blast emails this way because of the lack of functionality in the Broadcast Emails.

activity from email, email from activity
Users need to be able to easily create an activity from a client/vendor email.
Typical day - we will receive dozens of emails with requests for appointments, meetings, cash, service, change forms, along with many other requests.
Why not make it easier to click two or three buttons to create an activity from an email, add a quick note and assign to a staff member with deadline and priority.
Also - while on the subject, make it easier to create an email from an activity too.

Outlook 365 Integration
Create Outlook 365 plugin or integration where I can assign tasks, etc directly from email. For example, a client emails me a action item/task, I can press a button in outlook 365 and turn it into a task associated with that client and assign it to support staff. Wealth Box does this!!!

email reporting
Currently, when an email report is exported into a CSV, the report only shows the "Subject", "Attachment", "To", "From", and "Message Date" fields. It would be SUPER SUPER HELPFUL for compliance personnel if the body of the email could be exported into this CSV report as well. That way, we could use the search feature in Excel to do keyword searches in archived emails, and we would have a report that we could save to prove that the searches were done.

Create activity from an email
Can you give us a little box at the bottom of the email window that would allow us to create an activity automatically from the email we're sending?

Save all emails as notes
Currently, we can manually choose to save the emails we send through the CRM or set up the templates to automatically check the box to save. Can we look at adding a preference where every single email we send through the CRM automatically has the "Save As Note" box checked? Thanks!

be able to HTML email code.
We were previously able to code email's instead of simply typing into the body of the email. It was taken away for an unexplained reason. It was an incredibly helpful feature.

fmg suite email
Please add the feature to archive the emails that are sent out through Marketing Central like they used to in C2C through FMG Suite before the changeover.

Have the ability to attach an email to another contact besides the contact that the email is sent to.
If I send an email to a company in reference to a client, the email is archived under the company. I need the ability to manually attach the email to the client also, so that the email will show up under the client. What I have to do now is create an activity, link it to both the company and the client, and copy the email to the activity - so it will show up in the notes of both the company and the client.

EMAIL archive needs to be in real time to serve sales team not just service team
the email history needs to be in real time rather than 24 hour delay.... a delay like this is fine if you have already earned the account, just coasting, where my customer service person or myself might be leisurely floating though the accounts seeing who we can bless today but in a firefight, with another firm, trying to earn the account, the sales team needs to know closer to real time what was said and by who in email. Notes are in real time and no one questions why thats important so seriously, lets get this email archive current so…

It would be really nice if when sending an email to clients using BCC these emails show up in the client's email history.

Add additional fonts in broadcast emails
We would like to have a larger selection of fonts available for broadcast emails. A "signature" style font would be very helpful

Attaching an email to a client record (without the client email address included)
The ability to attach an email to a client record (for which the client is not part of the thread) would be extremely helpful, instead of copying and pasting into notes.

Link Emails to various contacts
I need the ability to link an outgoing email to multiple contacts and/or opportunities and accounts. I am often emailing an insurance company regarding a client's policy (account). The email doesn't connect to the client because the email is not being sent to them, but it may involve that contact, account or opportunity and need to be recorded in those places.

Schedule or Send Email Later Option
When we are working with email templates I would like see to the option to schedule when the email is sent. You can only send it immediately. A send later option would be good if we are working on an evening, weekend or would prefer if a client receives the email at a certain time.

Add feature to search archived emails by "to" field or "from" field
Currently email archiving only allows for searching off of contact or subject field. We really need to be able to also search off of "to" or "from" field.
