Householding Data

Link RedtailSPEAK in the CRM application
When in the CRM application on the phone, it allows you to "text" a client. BUT, there is a serious problem. It brings you to normal messages/iMessages, which the firm has a strict policy against. It would be helpful if when selecting "text" it brought you to RedtailSPEAK.

See description of two ideas below.
Both of these ideas relate to the Redtail iphone app. 1. Make the default on the calendar page "me" as opposed to the current default of "all users". 2. Don't let the app. close out automatically when the user navigate to another app on their phone. Keep the Redtail app open for at least 15 minutes before automatically closing it.

The android app is portrait only. While on a small device that's fine, on a large tablet (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S7+) that is used almost always in landscape, the app should autorotate as do nearly all Android apps. There's no setting to even manually rotate.

On Redtail mobile app ability to give user option to have a default of all select users so you do not have to select all every time login

reminders tab on mobile
Adding the Reminders tab on the mobile app so I can check things like birthday's

In the app, show all recent notes from all clients similar to the web.
I think the Andriod app is not very useful at all. I remote into my computer browser to open retail to see my client contacts recently. I should be able to do this on the go with my app.

Delete
The ability to delete a contact from the mobile app. Currently I do not see a feature to do so, but also the ability to select multiple to delete at the same time would be great too.

Alphabetizing the favorited contacts in the mobile app
Please make the favorited contacts to be alphabetized. Contact favorites are alphabetized on the website but not the app.

Redtail app improvement
I suggest the client accounts and balance be taken from the accounts list rather than the portfolio. Our company does not use the portfolio as we deal with fixed annuity accounts only. We have already entered the accounts individually on the accounts page and it seems redundant to have to enter that information again on the portfolio page.

Identify on the app which contacts are ACTIVE vs INACTIVE.
Identify on the app which contacts are ACTIVE vs INACTIVE or not even show the inactive one. On the app I am unable to identify so I am constantly entering notes incorrectly into the wrong (inactive or old duplicate) contact.
