  1. Meeting Agenda's

    More and More advisors are using a "Meeting Agenda" to effectively communicate with clients and prospects. The last CRM program I used had a tab, clearly visible, in all contact records called "Agenda".
    So after any meeting, phone call, or anytime at all I could click on the 'Agenda document" and add any content I wanted to discuss with the client at our next meeting or phone call. Then a week prior to my review meeting with a client, my staff and I would review the agenda, prepare any additional case prep paper work, and type out an official agenda…

  2. Vestorly

    We are using Vestorly and they said they did all they could with an integration with you guys, but needs Redtail to do some work before that integration is complete. Is this something that is likely to happen at anytime in the near future?

  3. Have the beneficiary report be customizable

    Let us build our own beneficiary report. I.E. show account balance or do not show account balance. Show account number, or show partial account number. Show closed accounts or do not show closed accounts.

  5. When I click "Go back to search Results", take me down to the record I was working on, instead of taking me to the top of the list.

    I have 150 records to change and I have to keep scrolling down to find where I left off. If you could auto-scroll down the alphabet and highlight the last record I changed it would make large volume micro-adjustments easier.

  6. When downloading an activity report in PDF, please have the priority levels (1-6) listed in the PDF.

    If I print out an activity sheet in PDF (though has the function in Excel) it doesn't have the priority levels. Would like to easily distingush beween our most important tasks (1), to task in process like larger projects (6).

  7. Custom Alerts

    I would love a way to set-up custom alerts such as a client's one-year anniversary with my firm, or a client reaching a $1m - events that I would like to memorialize in some way.

  8. Customize Email viewing permissions

    would like to have some controls over what emails employees can view within the CRM. Example: we want employees to see all emails within a client record, however, would like to restrict the viewing of emails within employee records. We do not want employees viewing emails from the principal of the firm or the compliance officer.

    I know I can delete the emails from the CRM so that no emails appear in the history, however, an employee could simply type it back in to view emails.

  10. Add the ability to add a bulk note to a group of accounts based on the search by model feature

    we manage our model assignments in Redtail, so it would be great to be able to add a bulk note to accounts that are in a model when a position is added, sold or a rebalance is executed at the model level.

  11. Include Trusts in the Family Portfolio Value

    allow the family trusts and other entities with AUM to be linked so that it shows under family portfolio value. Instead of 'other dependent' include 'trust' or 'associated entity'

    Campaign Tracker:
    To track marketing campaigns, to include campaign name, clients, prospects or COI, estimated costs, actual costs, date ranges, goal ... to track the metrics and gauge viability of campaigns.

  13. add client review reminder to the mobile ap

    It would be nice to the reminders for client reviews - the same way that birthday reminders - show on the mobile app.

  14. Client Review should read 'Last Review' and should be 'Overdue' if not completed on time

    know your client, client review tab should read "last review" and if the next review is not completed on time, it should read "overdue"

  15. Link up with fixed index annuities from insurance companies like AVIVA, security benefit life, Allianz, american equity, ING, NAwal, LSW etc

    Link up values to run reports of all client accounts.. We have Schwab, fidelity, tdameritrade, now just add a few of the big FIA Insurance companies

  17. Indicate Source of Income

    It would be nice it you had an income section. You could have a dropdown box so that we could choose if it is social security, pension, deferred comp, income from divorce ect

  18. Group accounts by household

    Would like the ability to run a report of "Accounts by Household".. we do a lot of multi-generational planning and it would be helpful for assessing the family unit as a whole, rather than having to flip back and forth.

    The "Show family accounts" feature works, but that is only for individual contacts. We wanted to see all the accounts by household for our entire contact list. Thanks!

  19. Add Conversion Date under Important Dates within Accounts

    When Inputting Insurance policies under "Accounts", for the "Important Dates" section, there is no "Conversion Date", which can be different than "Close Date" for some clients.

  20. Manually link an e-mail to multiple contacts

    We need the ability to manually link an e-mail to multiple contacts. For example, if I receive an e-mail from a vendor, it is automatically linked to that vendor's contact record, but I also would like to be able to link it to the client record that the e-mail is talking about.
