activities by contact report
Please modify the Activities by Contact PDF report back to show Type and Category again. What is the use of having a filter to select several options if when you do the pdf report doesn't display both Type and Category.
This report has gone backwards as now you have to select a particular Type & Category, run & print report and start all over again with the next Type & Category - not time efficient if you have several types & categories.
Per the help desk, it has to do with the number of columns allowed on a pdf report.…

emotional status of interactions
I'd like to be able to quickly and easily be prompted to indicated the client's perceived emotional state in the notes section during the interaction (example: dealing with a death/sad, moving/excited, submitting a complaint/angry or frustrated) of how a meeting/interaction/exchange went. Also, a separate field for "satisfied with services" and "dissatisfied with services" selection in notes per client interaction. I'd like to be able to run reports on this data for customer service improvement goals.

Entity as own family/household for client relationship count purposes
I want to get a number of how many households we have total but run into issues with entities. One issue that already has a suggestion is to be able to include entities in a household (so a trust can be grouped under the family that runs it). But I also want the ability to make the entity be its own household. This is so I can then run a search for all contacts that are clients and head of households so that the count of search results would then be equal to my total number of client relationships.

More options to link accounts to multiple contacts
Currently I use the owner section of an account to add the joint owner of a joint account (and it is correct) so I can see it under the joint owner as long as I am displaying non-primary joint accounts. Sometimes I want to link parties that are not owners. I want to be able to link the account to a few contacts but have more choices than to call people owner or insured. In particular, I would like beneficiary, trustee, grantor, custodian as other options. These would be categories for people important enough to have the account show under…

Missing UDF Report
I need to run a report when a specific UDF is blank.

List of activities should have a Sort-able Due Date Column
Under the Activities menu item, there should be a column for the due date and you should be able to sort the list of activities by this date, like the other currently available columns. Without it, if you have an activity to call the client in two months, it shows on top when sorting by date, yet it has the latest due date of all activities.

add 'Servicing Advisor' or 'Writing Advisor' to Account Level so that we can pull reports based on these two criteria..
when a new contact is entered, there is not an 'Agent' criteria to enter, we use Servicing Advisor and/or Writing Advisor....however, when 'Account' Info comes in, there is no tie between 'Agent Name' or 'Agent Number' and 'Servicing' or 'Writing' Advisor...why could we not tie agent and advisor as one or together so that we can filter or sort 'Contacts' and 'Accounts' the same way...

professional contact
On the Contact Page, you have provided a window with quick access to the Know Your Client Info, but it's missing one choice. You have Client Review, Financials, Important Info, Misc Client Info. Next it should say Professional and you'd be able to access this quickly from the primary contact page.

Delete an Email in Email history
Clients and advisors are in non-business related programs that information is emailed back and forth. Would like the capablility to somehome delete non-business related emails that go into the client folder.

Print Full Activity Details, Including Linked Notes
Currently when printing an activity, only the portion of the description box that is showing on the web screen at that time appears. Additionally, the Linked notes are not printed out with it. If they are printed out with it, they are cut off and listed as (more...). We need to see all of the details surrounding that activity in an easily printable format.

Workflow Notifications- Choose when to send a notification
We have many individuals on a team in our office. It would be beneficial if sending workflow update e-mails were optional; just as they are with notes. It would be helpful to be able to select who the notifications should be sent to.

Stop moving 'month view' calendar page after adjusting activities/ what happened to save/complete/new?
Every time I am in the 'month view' in the calendar and I click into an activity and click 'save' or 'complete' or any other option, when the task closes the calendar is automatically brought to the top of the page (the beginning of the month). It is incredibly frustrating having to find my place on the calendar again, especially when there are a large amount of tasks in a month, and I am nearing the end of the month.
Also, I want 'save and complete and new' option back. Why can I not create the next next task from…

Workflow step instructions/notes
I use workflows to make sure that I go through a consistent process of inputting the details of an account when it first downloads in the program. I click on the workflow tab on the left (not from the box on the home screen) and it then on the client's name and it shows me the single workflow I have open (that itself has multiple steps). I do not click into the workflow further from there but instead hit the pull down and mark each step complete. In that particular screen, I would love to have, above the note section,…

Include Life Insurance in " Accounts"
I would like to include my life insurance clients in accounts, Face Amount, Premium, date issued, etc. and be able to add the cash value as part of the" balance" of all assets.

Add ability to customize more lists on account level
I find that often different accounts have different objectives and I want to be able to say so in a manner that lines up with what we must select for LPL but cannot edit this particular list (only the one on the overall contact view). Please allow more customization for this and literally every other part of Redtail.

conference room availability
Iif multiple advisors share a single conference room then have a way for us to see quickly (maybe an icon on the activity) that represents the activity taking place in the conference room. Similar to your upcoming feature of telling advisors they have double booked themselves this would tell an advisor that a room is double booked. To make this work properly we would need to be able to add a few set locations that we can easily select (while still having the ability to put in a one time address when appropriate.
