  2. Add the ability to add Notes to a step without completing it

    At this time, the only way to communicate with EVERYONE associated with a Step is to complete the current Step, add notes in the window that pops up, and have an outcome that recycles back to the current Step. This means that all of the Tasks within the Step that have already been completed are refreshed.

    We should be able to put in Notes on a step that can be shared with everyone without having to redo work all over again (or at least assign work all over again).

  3. Bulk Action in Reports

    Need the option to run Bulk Actions when I have results from a report.

    I run the Contacts Not Permissioned report for example and I'd like to assign from the results but I do not have this option, other reports as well should result with the check box to the left like search results

  4. Group Access to Email history

    Since Redtail can divide access to contacts by "group" level, it would be nice if everyone in the same "group" could see all emails to and from clients in their "group". This way an admin would be able to see a complete history of emails for a client, no matter who sent the email.

  5. table editing

    I added a table to an activity and while I like that feature I find there is no obvious way to change your mind after you start about how many rows and columns you want it to have. That would be helpful

  6. keyword search

    I saw that the dropdown of keywords in Advanced Searches was added per another user's request. I think this is great and helpful, but it has limited some other features that I used to use a lot.

    I do miss when we used to be able to type in partial Keywords for searches. We use keywords very heavily and have prefixes that we use to categorize them. If I had the ability again to run searches for Contact Keyword - Keyword - Does Not Contain - RS, for example, I could quickly identify our clients who are not currently set…

  7. Option to view all activities

    Please add option to view all activities under a client records. Changing the date range every time I'm in a contact is a lot of clicks.

  8. Notes

    It would be great to be able to see more of the note in the note summary from a Contact's page without having to click on the notes, or maybe have an option or preference setting to select if you want to see the full notes or summaries. Also would be convenient to be able to edit the notes without deleting and starting over

  9. Ability to send broadcast email to both spouse in one email

    Hi, we always send emails to both spouses when communicating with clients. We believe that you must include both spouses when it comes to finances. It would be great to be able to send our "schedule your next review" email through the broadcast system but have it sent to the spouses in one email instead of a separate email.

  10. Workflow linked to contacts

    While in a workflow, I want to be able to use the "+" button to start another workflow and the new workflow be connected to the same client. We are accidentally starting workflows from within existing workflows and those new workflows aren't connected to any contact.

  11. activity completion date in Timeline

    Is it possible for there to be a feature or setting that allows the date to be published in the timeline of the day the event was scheduled to occur? Currently, if my boss sees a client on 8/1/17, then he won't update his calendar until sometime in September to reflect that the event has taken place. In the client's timeline, the date on the top right will say that the event occurred on the random date in september that he clicked "completed event", not on the actual date he completed it.   13. filter workflow replorts by Step

    I would like to filter the Workflow Report by Step as well as template. Once I chose the template I want to search for, I would like to be able to sort by step so that I can easily find all of a specific workflow that's on a specific step. I can sort by that right now but when you have 10 pages, it only sorts the current page, not the whole of the report.

  14. Assets/Liabilities/Income

    Under assets and liabilities, we have to set these up every single time for each client. It would be great if we could set up the exact assets and liabilities we want for all of our database, that way it populates automatically and we can go in and just enter in the balances personally. Also, add an "Income" box on the assets/liabilities page, so we can see all sources of income: i.e. pension, social security, etc.

  15. Trying to add a linked account to an activity

    When I try to add a linked account to an activity, all of my client's accounts appear but they are not in chronological order. This makes it very difficult to find the right account and wastes a lot of time. Please put the linked accounts in order so they are easily found.

  16. Automatically Change Family Upon Divorce

    When a client is linked to another contact as a spouse and the marital status goes from married to divorced (or similar can be done for widowed) remove the contact from family and automatically add membership marking them each ex-husband/ex-wife as applicable.

  17. Add Activity Date colum to Contact Last Activity Report

    When running the "Contact Last Activity Report" it only shows the activity completion date, adding a colum for the actual activity date would helpful, especially if you are late marking activities complete.

  18. Fix Contact Photo

    Allow us to upload an image that is not square, we previously would upload all client Driver's Licenses, and crop the photo! It was great, we had a Client photo for everyone and quick access to all their DL info. It now cuts off the edges since no State has a square DL. Please fix this, this is a deal breaker for me.

  19. UDF for a dollar amount, so that it adds a "$" every time, and to automatically separate thousands with a comma.

    Add a custom UDF to include a "$", and separate thousands with a comma automatically so you could type:
    10000
    and, once saved, it would automatically update to:
    $10,000

  20. broadcast email

    I've been testing out templates for broadcast emails, plus the auto-populate function. Can I suggest that several improvements should happen. It would be nice to import an image rather than linking to a URL. Not every image we have is a standalone on a website, so you're taking all or nothing. And when the email is sent, the image jumps in size rather than stay at the scale created.
    Also - and this is a big one - the auto-populate feature for names needs work. It's nice, but doesn't allow for personalizing preferred name to legal name. Robert and Elizabeth…
