    "Recently Viewed" icon on the upper right section , it would be very helpful of showing 50 or more recent added or viewed items rather than just 10.

  3. Set up an automation so that that a message is automatically sent to clients on their birthday and on their anniversary

    send out an automatic birthday wish to each client on their birthday? I would like it to go automatically to the client on their birthday

  4. Add a custom field option in Contact Details

    I would like to be able to designate the "Relationship Manager" or "Lead Support" in the Contact Details section. Now that the important info page is in know your client, I can't see who they are on the front page.

  5. Run a Notes report with select notes only

    Often time we come across a situation where there are a few notes spread over a few months for a client that would be great to condense into one single report to outline the process.

    'd love to see the ability to 'check' which notes to include in a report so we can print of a string of notes pertinent to each other and remove the extraneous notes for ease of viewing the progression of a task.

  6. Notes and account(s) linked within an activity

    Currently, when an activity that is linked to an account, has notes added within the activity, those notes appear in the notes section separately from the activity itself and the account which was originally linked to the activity is not linked to the note. I would suggest notes that are added within the activity get rolled up into the activity so there is one thread/history so all the separate notes that were added within that activity are bundled in one section with the appropriate account number linked to the original activity.   8. Have a filter in reports for activities without the 'all day event' box checked

    Please have a filter in the activities by contact report for all activities without the 'all day event' box checked (similar to "show only repeating activities" etc.).

  9. Dependents and divorced parents

    It would be nice to be able to add children as the dependents to both spouses in the event of a divorced couple (household page). Every arrangement is different and it would be helpful to be able to see the "family" under both ex-husband and ex-wife.

  10. Keep formatting on notes in Timeline

    I make neat notes with bullet points, but the timeline view takes away the formatting which makes my notes look ridiculous and incredibly hard to read. I format my notes to make them easier to read/make information more accessible. Please give me the option to keep my bullet points/bold font/ etc. in the timeline view.

  11. Break out Income more so we can differenciate Earned Income, Social Security, Pension, and Other to align with reality of financial planning

    Instead of just using "Adjusted Gross Income" under the Financials section of "Know your Client" please add additional breakouts for earned income, social security, pension, and other! It is very important for advisors with fee-based and planning based practices to record the breakout...not just one figure, and going through the trouble of making User Defined Fields when not necessary is inefficient.

  13. Warning when sending attachment

    Redtail does not prompt you with a warning when an attachment is to large for an email. Instead it sends out the email without the attachment, and no notification.

  14. PDF Orientation in Portrait or Landscape

    I printed a note report last night and it came out with Landscape orientation. Is there a way I can control this? I would really like the reports to be Portrait.

  15. Reminders for Account Renewals

    In the leapfrog version when you clicked on account renewals you'd see a list of contacts with accounts that are coming up to the renewal date. In Tailwag you just see account numbers and no contact names unless you click on the account # to get more information. It would be more useful to see a list that shows contact name not just account number.

  16. Confidential Personal Profile PDF Naming Convention

    I love your Confidential Personal Profile PDF. Is there any way that the default name for it could incorporate the client’s name instead of just “personalprofileform.pdf”? In other words, it would automatically produce a PDF named something like “John Doe Personal Profile”. Otherwise, I have to go through the trouble of renaming every Profile pdf I produce.

  17. Automation for Linked Contacts in Family

    It would be great to have the ability to create an automation for one client based on a change in another client's contact record. For example: a client passes away and their status is changed to deceased. Based on that change an automation would add a workflow to the surviving spouse's contact record. Since different tasks need to be taken for the deceased and the surviving client, it would be helpful if a workflow could be added for them as well.

  18. ABILITY TO INCLUDE INSURANCE POLICIES ON CRM

    On the left hand side include a place where we can enter insurance policies (life, LTC, DI, etc) and annuities held. This would show a more complete financial view of client/household. I am happy to submit a template for information.

  19. Add the ability to include calendar information in email templates.

    I utilize a template to remind clients of upcoming meetings and it'd be great if the date/time could be automatically included in the email based on what is in my calendar.

  20. Apply quicklists to any report to look at results for specific groups of clients, especially in activity reports

    If I wanted to look at upcoming appointments for our Gold clients, or for clients with a certain status or category, I have no way of applying the current quicklist to the activity report. If I could apply a quicklist, the report could run more quickly, and only give results for the clients I am concerned about.
