  1. Calandar: Monthly View "At a Glance"

    When looking at the calendar view (monthly), it would be beneficial to be able to view the entire month "at a glance" opposed to just the current 3 weeks. As it stands, you have to scroll down to see the 4th (or 5th) week. There is plenty of real estate on that page and you should be able to see the entire month.

    Also, it would be nice to have the ability to group Saturday and Sunday next to each other in the weekly and monthly views as opposed to having the weekends broken up on both sides of the…

  2. Create a Report for Daily Actions in Tailwag

    Please create a report that can be filtered, by user and attendees, to show a consolidated list of actions (notes, activities, workflows) adjusted, completed, created, or assigned for the day. This would allow for a snap-shot of the days work in Tailwag that I did. Reducing the need for multiple individual emails to attendees, regarding all the items I processed in a day.

    Pertinent information would be: User, Attendees, Contacts, type of action (activity, workflow, note, etc.), Nature of action (created completed, updated, assigned), Date, Subject, and any other suggestions people have to make this a true snap-shot.

  3. Custom Account Types

    When updating Account Types in the User Preferences section, we are able to add new account types such as "SAB Managed Account", which are typically brokerage account types.

    The default investment options that are tracked list the account like it is an insurance policy type, with "modal Premium" and "Annual Premium" versus "One Time Investment" and "Regular Investment"

    Is there any way to have functionality to sub-set a brand new Custom Account Type as a brokerage investment account like this versus an insurance policy type account?

  4. Need a spot to add beneficiary info without creating beneficiary as a contact.

    I want to add client beneficiary information without having the beneficiary as a contact in the CRM. Include a section in "Know Your Client" to add beneficiary name, DOB, SS#, address, etc.

  5. Activity Privacy Options- change default from Everyone or allow users to change default

    The new Activity Privacy Option defaults to Everyone. Few if any databases are going to want Everyone to see activities or to see colored blocks on their calendar marked Private. That means thousands and thousands of changes to activity privacy display. INSTEAD, change the default to Only Attendees, OR, allow users to change their default.

  6. Make the sub-Contact lists "movable"...especially Memberships

    I am constantly going into Memberships and would like to be able to get to it a little quicker than having to go to "more" and then drop down the list. The ability to rearrange those Contact choices would be great.

  7. Tag Group and and Client Lists - Data Export and Printing Options

    Looking for a way to export (to Excel or text) and print the client list so that I can see all the Tag Groups and to which each client is assigned to. This feature would be very helpful in both current client management and new client setup. I would like to be able to look at this data in various ways and to print checklists by Tag Group and client. Thank you!

  8. Client Intake Form to email or provide tablet for clients to complete

    Would like a client Intake Form they can complete online at home and it automatically populate Redtail client info -- or at least a tablet version so the client can type in their new/updated information.

  9. Important Information

    This box houses tons of "important" client info. But the edit box that opens up is too small. Please make the edit box the same size as the Impt Info non-editing box. Additionally, we need a print option for this. It seems like unnecessary steps to make us copy and paste the info to a word document just to print this... There are already too many clicks to navigate through Tailwag.

  10. Accounts should show the Title: Eg. John Paul and Sue Johns Joint TOD

    Accounts should show the Title: Eg. John Paul and Sue Johns Joint TOD so that each account that pulls from your feed wether its DST Vision or Albridge Solutions etc that it will show who the owner is and how it is titled, along with another with this all showing on the Reports. Right now we pull up RT or a Report of accounts and there is no ownership designation so could be an IRA or NQ or Joint we wouldn't know... Please have this viewable in RT and on the reports.

  11. Uploading contacts into Redtail CRM

    We should be able to upload contacts into the Redtail CRM without having to go thru the helpdesk. This isn't an uncommon activity anymore. Other CRM's allow this to happen.

  12. Tracking maiden names and name changes.

    A long-time client gets married, you make the changes in Redtail, but you know them by their previous name. It would be helpful to have a way to pull them by their maiden names, without having to hyphenate it for the sake of being able to pull it. A way to link a maiden name, that is no longer a legal name, to the new married name.

  13. Workflow Check Boxes rather than "complete/un-complete"

    In workflows, use check boxes rather than "complete or un-complete". Currently it is confusing: If something is not complete, there is a link that says "complete". So at a glance, I would see that task as complete, but in fact it is complete if the link says "un-complete". This is backwards and confusing.

    It would be much simpler to have a check box and a green check when an item is complete, which would be much easier in figuring out where a project is at.

  14. Opportunity Tracker: Bulk Actions

    It would be a great feature to be able to select multiple opportunities via a checkbox next to the open opportunity and then select a Bulk Action after you've selected. Imagine having 21 open opportunities that are all named "schedule appointment". You could select all 21 and select a bulk action email report. Or at least open the feature to select multiple opportunities and then be able to "send to search". Then from the search report be able to select the contact records you'd like in your Bulk Action. I think this feature for opportunities would be a fantastic idea.…

  16. Glitch when multiple users on same Task

    If two people have the same task open at the same time the second person who saves the task overwrites any information entered or changed by the first person to save the task.

  18. Print all Dependents on the Personal Profile form

    On Leapfrog all dependents (up to 5) printed on the Personal Profile form. Now it seems only children print. Please update Tailwag to print all dependents like before.

    NOTE: Our advisors find this form VERY VALUABLE!

  20. Creating a "Prospective Client" contact should give you an option to automate an Opportunity

    When you enter in a prospective client's information, you should be able to check a box to make an opportunity for that prospective client. It would be nice to be able to have an automation for that.
