Quicklists-"BEGINS WITH" sort feature does NOT work.
When you I request the database to return a field that "Begins With" it doesn't currently work.
ie: Contact - Status - Begins With - "Client" - will ONLY bring up "Client" and not the additional statuses we have set up such as: "Client-Spouse", "Client-CB Family/Friend", nor "Client-Child of Client".

Zapier needs to filter trigger by activity type
The Zapier integration is fantastic! The one thing that would be really helpful is the ability to include the "activity type" in the trigger fields. This allows us to create an outgoing calendar sync from Redtail to other tools.

Create a wedding anniversary report - similar to the Birthday Report except for Wedding anniversary
I want to start sending nnivesary cards. A report like birthday report that shows anniversary date instead of birthday would be helpful. Make a quick list of all people with anniversairy in month of May, June, etc., and click anniversary report instead of having to create a custom report.

Add ability to search email *content,* not just subject lines
Redtail archives all of our firm's email communications with clients, but it does not make that information searchable (beyond the Subject line, which is not very useful). While I can search my own emails within my email client, I cannot effectively search for other users' communications.
EXAMPLE: If I need to know if Client A was sent document Z by anyone in our firm, I'd have to ask each user to search their own email client and/or manually review every single email archived in Redtail.
Redtail should also make the message content (including attachments... or at least attachment file names)…

Have the Timeline Link Directly to Acitivities
When I'm checking on the timeline, I can see my coworkers edited an activity, but since it doesn't specify to whom the activity is for, I don't always know where to find it. If I could click the activities in the timeline and have it link directly to the activity page, that would save me a lot of headaches.

Keep enhancing the Zapier integration
Please add triggers like changes to a contact record and actions such as Create a Note. More fields need to pass through, like head of household. This integration could solve so many issues if it was expanded properly. Please keep at it!

Contact by duplicate name report should consider middle name & suffix
This report needs to take middle name and suffx into account. "John A. Smith" and "John W. Smith Jr" really shouldn't be considered duplicate records.

Notes Report
It would be helpful if we could print the Notes Report for a specific account for a client. Ex. If a client wants to talk about their IRA, we have to print a Note Report that includes all notes for all accounts, which requires us to search through the report to highlight the notes for the IRA if the client has multiple accounts.

Contact by state report includes work address
The contact report of Contacts by State is including home and work addresses. So clients can be listed twice if they work in a different state. It would be better for this report to pull the primary address - which would be the state of residence for tax and licensing purposes.

unlinked accounts notification
We would like a notification/alert somewhere on the Today's Overview page that there are unlinked accounts. We shouldn't have to take the extra step of clicking into the accounts tab to find out if we have new unlinked accounts. We do this several times a day when we're looking for new accounts... it's an unnecessary step.
Please consider making a change to the word "accounts" at the top of the today's overview page when new unlinked accounts are present. Maybe it could be bolded or change color. Something to signify that there is a reason to click into this tab.

Allow Adding Members to Team During Setup
Currently, it is not intuitive to add members to a team. I think that the best user experience would be to allow team members to be added at the same time the new team is being created and in the same area where the team name/title is updated as opposed to a completely separate area.

SHOW BENEFICIARY INFO IN CUSTOM REPORTS
YOU'D THINK YOU'D BE ABLE TO RUN A CUSTOM REPORT WITH BENE'S LISTED FOR LIFE, IRA POLICIES. The fact that you don't have this option amazes me

Pop up box that asks you if you want to proceed if you don't hit save button on workflow
Pop up box that asks you if you want to proceed if you don't hit save button on activity/workflow.
Sometimes we click out of the pop up box before we hit the save and all the work is lost.
If there could be a notification box that asks you to proceed, that would be best.

@mention for Note User Notification in Alerts Bell
While notes do allow for email notifications to users, a CRM notification that would appear at the top of the bag by the bell would be much more useful. This would reduce steps (opening email, clicking on a link that requires an additional login), and would work better with integrations.
We currently use the jive integration to log client calls, but there is no way to link a user from there.
It sounds childish to request, but something along the lines of an "@" feature would be perfect.

Automation upon lead created
For web to lead creation, we would love to see an automation triggered upon lead creation. This would maybe allow us to automatically respond via email, or at least provide a timely, "hello" to those who find us on the web.

Create a Report for Daily Actions in Tailwag
Please create a report that can be filtered, by user and attendees, to show a consolidated list of actions (notes, activities, workflows) adjusted, completed, created, or assigned for the day. This would allow for a snap-shot of the days work in Tailwag that I did. Reducing the need for multiple individual emails to attendees, regarding all the items I processed in a day.
Pertinent information would be: User, Attendees, Contacts, type of action (activity, workflow, note, etc.), Nature of action (created completed, updated, assigned), Date, Subject, and any other suggestions people have to make this a true snap-shot.

Activity Privacy Options- change default from Everyone or allow users to change default
The new Activity Privacy Option defaults to Everyone. Few if any databases are going to want Everyone to see activities or to see colored blocks on their calendar marked Private. That means thousands and thousands of changes to activity privacy display. INSTEAD, change the default to Only Attendees, OR, allow users to change their default.
