How can we improve Redtail Technology's CRM?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  1. add the confidential personal profile to your exports for a group - this is listed as a "common task" and we use it for every client.

    We use this form every day all day for incoming clients. It would be nice to be able to print them all at once instead of one by one. We are in a project where we need all clients printed at one time and it is very frustrating to print 600 of these individually.

  2. Account by contact and owner

    I would like to export an account list with all the contacts associated with that the account, specifically a row per contact/owner. When I need to issue statements this export provides that data on who get what statement. An example being an organization or trust that statements get issued to multiple people

  3. Remove "SEI" Icon Next to Contact Record Name

    We stopped feeding SEI account values to the CRM because we do not want this integration set up anymore. After we stopped the feed, I noticed that the "SEI" icon next to the contact record name never deleted.

    We have a lot of clients in the CRM who no longer have a SEI account so it would be great if Redtail would have the ability to remove the SEI icon especially when it is no longer applicable to our clients.

  4. show late activities in the current activities without having to sort

    Instead of late activities having to be sorted via late activities, they should show up daily with a late flag rather than for the user to have to go back and sort for late. Nothing will fall through the cracks that way.

  6. Identify on the app which contacts are ACTIVE vs INACTIVE.

    Identify on the app which contacts are ACTIVE vs INACTIVE or not even show the inactive one. On the app I am unable to identify so I am constantly entering notes incorrectly into the wrong (inactive or old duplicate) contact.

  7. Change "Sign into your Redtail Account" to "Sign in to your Redtail Account"

    Change "Sign into your Redtail Account" to "Sign in to your Redtail Account."

    "Sign in" is a phrasal verb. As written, part of the verb is connected as one word to a preposition.

    Also change "Logout" (a noun) to "Log out" (a phrasal verb).

    This suggestion may be planned, but there is no timeline on this feature being added. This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

  8. notes link on account page to see notes for that particular account instead of searching all notes

    It would be helpful to have a link to notes on the account page. That way when I click the down arrow, I have a choice to see notes for that particular account.

  9. workflows sorting by current task 'user'

    Are we able to sort workflows (on the main Workflows page that shows all) by 'current user'? We couldn't find where we were able to do - so if a certain 'user' is off work, we could just do a search for all the (current) Workflows/Steps/Tasks that were assigned to them and complete them.

  10. MailChimp Birthday Export

    Hi,

    Our office is using MailChimp. The Redtail feature to export Names/Emails is very helpful. However, we wish it sent out the birthday as well. This way we can run automated birthday emails without having to manually enter client birthdays within our Mailchimp account directly.

    Can this be done?

  12. app

    App needs MAJOR improvements..... Can't scroll on calendar to see day's appts./tasks; can't assign to more than one person; app just looks old/outdated/can't keep up; newly added calendar items appear on desktop computer at different times than what I put into the app. I could go on and on. Needs overhaul!

  13. When you are in Favorites - press a letter and jump to the first last name with that letter

    The new favorites feature will list out all the contacts who are started. When you are on that page, press a letter and it will jump to the first name with that letter. I would prefer to have it search last name.

    Maybe also have a quick search box at top so you can type in few letters and it will bring up contacts with that last name match of 2-3 letters.

  14. Add page no's to the top of the reports as well as the bottow

  15. Insurance age changes need to show on the daily reminders along with birthdays. If you need additional information please call me.

    Insurance age changes need to pop up daily as reminders, just like birthdays. An age change happens six months prior to your actual birthday. In September I want to contact my clients and prospects with birthdays in April. I want them to have an opportunity to buy insurance before the rate goes up because they are a year older.
