Display memberships on the front page of the contact record.
The suggestion may be planned, but there is no timeline on this feature being added. This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

What do we think about the idea of creating a User Preference to show/hide a membership tile on the contact page? I'd even be OK with the memberships loading async as I know there would be a considerable number of joins happening in the database to pull back data from the related record. You can paginate the results in case there are more than n number of records (10, 15, 20, etc). Then each page can load async as well.

Please Move Membership Tab ^Up^ the List On Side Navigation Bar So You Can See It Without Having to Click "More" (to expand the list so you can then see/click on Memberships).
Aside from Notes and the Calendar, Memberships are one of the most frequent RedTail features that we use in our office.
It would be much easier to get the rest of the Office on board and using them properly if it was visible right from the main page (everyone always loves fewer clicks!)
PLEASE, PLEASE make "Memberships" clickable without having to select "More" to expand the list!
Thank you.

My suggestion would be to add a link next to the Family Name link under the contact name on the contact record page that you could click on to view memberships similar to the way in which we toggle between husbands and wifes.

We would love to see memberships on the main client page--we use it to link adult children, as well as extended family

Can we also make the "Contact Is" their job title?

Memberships need to more easily seen

Currently, the Membership page is hidden under the “More” section. It would be easier if we could see all the family and memberships on the “Family” page.
If we were conducting 200 client reviews, we would engage in 200 additional “clicks” to locate memberships associated with the client.

We use this field for adult children/extended family, company ownership/business partners, as well as friends/family (for event planning-seating charts). I miss it terribly! :(
Not only is it helpful to see on the front page, it also saved time switching between these members because the client name was a link to their page.

When you click on a contact record, without going to the Membership tab (which is buried), you will not know the associations exists. It would be great on the front page of the contact, there would be a little icon telling you a membership exists.

100% agree. I have spoken with technical support members about this as well.
Sometimes you want to call someone from "ABC Company". You should be able to quickly click on that company and without clicking "MORE" in the left column and then clicking memberships to see a list of employees, you should be able to click on "ABC Company" and see their employees RIGHT THERE on the main screen. Same with (as the original poster mentioned) family members that aren't spouses or dependents.

Make memberships more visible. Either move them up above the collapsible panel or create a separate tab up by the family name to display memberships. Also rename them to relationships.

Memberships need to be move visible as we use that to identify adult children - should be able to see the family tree from the main screen.

On the previous version of Redtail, there was a membership box that was in a prominent position on a business profile. It was on the main page with other important boxes such as the contact card and contact details. This made it extremely easy to quickly see all employees linked to the business. I realize it only takes a couple clicks to pull up the membership box, but I think it should be front and center without having to navigate to it.

Add the ability to show trustees on the first page instead of having to go to more and then memberships

This is a great idea! Family members should be easily visible.

Please add the "Membership" box to the contacts home page. It would be most useful to be able to click on links in such a manner

The membership (or relationship) box needs to show up on the main page - we use memberships to note the relationships of other adult family members and trust accounts- we shouldn't have to click two or three more times to move between the relationships!

Add memberships at top of screen under contact name. For example: Married to | Family | Memberships.
This will make memberships much more accessible. -

Please show memberships under the family household.

Memberships is way too hidden and needs to be in the front like in the older version of Redtail. We like to see the links and not have to click to see it.
