We agree. We need the ability to track at the Contact Level. Please add under Know your Client. We do not use the account section in Redtail and therefore there is no date to enter at the account level. Please add at the Know your Client level. We also need to track the date for prospects that have no accounts.

Next Step in Opportunity Tracker and Next Activity under the Calendar seem to be the same. If the contact is in RT and linked to the Opportunity Tacker, Why can we not combine?
Otherwise, we currently have to enter the activity twice. Once under Next Step and once to the activity on the calendar which is linked to the contact.

We find some workflows are more usable to have just one step and several tasks to be used more like a checklist. But we would like in a particular order to make more sense for the user. Please make tasks movable just like steps.

Yes, Tracking RMDs in the CRM would be beneficial. Have the the following titles (see below suggestions) as columns with each row representing an account for that client.
Age, Account Name, Divisor, Account Number, Fair Market Value as of 12/31/20xx, RMD Amount, YTD Withdrawal, RMD Remaining, Rounded to:, Process Instructions, Comments

Would be nice to have the ability to update the labels under Written Agreements Review be changed from signed fee agreement to what we use Investment Management Agreement. Same with other items below.
