Portfolio Reporting
Portfolio Detailed report needs to be more detailed. Life policies - Benefit amount, premium. Fixed accounts - Interest Rates. LTC policies - Daily Benefit, Premium..ect
The suggestion may be planned, but there is no timeline on this feature being added. This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

Additionally, the a UDF or a comment line should be added so general comments can be made about the policy (perhaps the purpose, dividend option selected, etc.)

Please consider broadening this functionality beyond these two specific reports so that any two, or more reports currently built out in the Redtail system can be combined in a single, consolidated report.
[Bonus points for the ability to sort on various criteria such as type (e.g., portfolio detail, beneficiary report, etc.), date/time (e.g., chronological order, most recent first, etc.), alpha (e.g., A-Z, Z-A, etc.) and so on...]

Add the insurance policy's face amount to the Portfolio Beneficiary Report. Report only shows balance and when client has multiple policies with same company it is difficult to differentiate on the report.
Please, Thank you!

It would be nice to see the Beneficiary Report include the tax qualified type since this information is already in the system. Or the registration.

We would like to have two reports combined into one: a portfolio detail report plus the beneficiary report. By combining these reports we would only have to run one report for a client instead of two.

Karin,
One of the things you could try if you are trying to list at least SOME of these items is through the Account Beneficiary Reports. To generate:
Contact>Accounts>Options>Reports>Beneficiary ReportYou can also run a Portfolio Summary Report from this which would show the Cash Value on the account, if filled in on the client's account page.
Unfortunately, it doesn't show the Face Amount Value or the Premium related to the account at this time, though. That should be an improvement for a Life Insurance based Account Report in my opinion as well.

We desperately need good looking PDF reports for insurance that includes Name, insurance company name, Coverage Amount, Premium, Effective date, BENEFICIARIES!
The custom exports to Excel just are not good enough. -

Have a report named Portfolio Detailed and Life Insurance Death Benifit
On the Report
Column 1 Account #/Company/Product
Column 2 Type/Tax Qualified Type
Column 3 Flags
Column 4 Status
Column 5 Face Value/Death Benefit
Column 6 BalanceThis report would like just like when you click on the ACCOUNTS TAB of an Individual Client

The Beneficiary Report no longer lists the tax qualified type (Traditional, Roth, 529, etc...) like it use to before the new Redtail update. Now there is no way of telling what type of account it is. We need that back.

Could you PLEASE include the Face Value and the Insured's name on the portfolio detail reports. Many of our clients have multiple products on insurance and securities. We use this report often and I always have to write in the Face Value and the Insured's name if different than the owner.

It's hard to use your reports if not complete. The PDF should have all GENERAL INFO, COVERAGE INFO, RIDER INFO, OWBERSHIP AND BENEFICIARY INFO & PAYMENT INFO. I have been using redtail for a lot of years but never infront of a client because of it being incomplete. This means we are always creating additional documents to review with our clients!!!!!

Desperately need a report that shows ALL the important fields of an account in the same report: client name, account company, account number, value, premium, effective date, beneficiaries!
We have to do custom export but think we should be able to get a nice PDF report with all these fields. Please consider this seriously! -

When running a portfolio detail report for a client, the face value of the policy is not included and makes all term life insurance policies on this report useless. Please include a section for face values. Thank you!

Please add the Insured's name to the detail report, not just the Owner! Thanks! :)

It would be very helpful to have more information on this report, such as Owner (already included), Beneficiary, Premium and frequency, and Policy date.

Why hasn't this been added yet?

In addition to this report, it does not show the cash value of a policy or the face amount? I would like to see that included as well.

I have to print a Portfolio Detail Report and a Portfolio Beneficiary Report for our clients. I would like to see all information under the Portfolio Detail Report which would include all beneficiary information. Thank you!

The Model/Strategy is the only field on the detail page that does not transfer to the "Portfolio Summary or Portfolio Detail" reports.

Most clients have insurance products, so when running this report we aren't getting good information for 1/2 of their products.
