This would be tremendously helpful for helping automate workflows. Hope it gets finished soon!

Is this functional yet?

I am often on the road and my mobile device does not notify me of incoming emails (too much spam.) For my mobile device, it would be nice if there was a setting for notifications to come in as a pop-up banner (like the built-in calendar) or possibly a text notification. As a matter of fact, if there was a choice between email or text notification, I would always pick text notification.

How do I set up my Redtail to notify me of an upcoming appointment 15 (or any number) minutes prior to?

We need alerts for appointments and calls especially on the mobil app

When will this functionality be available on the iPhone app?

It would be wonderful to receive an notification of an activity coming up 15 min before. Similar to Outlook

it would be nice to have notifications from the redtail mobile app. Also it would be nice to be able to select multiple people for calendar

Please add this important feature to the iOS and Android mobile apps ASAP. Thank you!

Add sound alerts to the Android app. I need this more than on the online program

In the RedTail mobile app, please make it so reminders and appointments will pop-up as an alert (like a text message, for example), instead of having to open the app to see them.

Leverage iOS & Android system notifications so I can get notified of upcoming appointments and tasks. This is especially important since calendar sync to iOS/Android leverages 3rd party solutions that are spotty at best.

Have the app send you push notifications, appt reminders for appts, tasks, calls that are on your calendar.

I should be able to set a 15 minute alert to chime on my cell phone. I waste a ton of time looking at my phone out of fear of missing a meeting when I should simply set an alert to remind me of an upcoming meeting.

I would suggest you double check to make sure you are using the latest Tailwag Redtail app. Before I found out there WAS a Tailwag app, I was having all sorts of problems communicating between the app and desktop versions. Now that I have downloaded the most recent app, not only is the interface better than before, it works well with my iPhone (including maps/phone)!

The calendar on the Redtail App is completely worthless. It isn't even acessible most of the time from my iphone and when I input appointments using the app, they disappear. We switched to Redtail to be able to have mobile access to ramp up our outside sales activities and we are dead in the water. The app is lunky, slow, inefficient, and has NONE of the BASIC integration with google, iphone, outlook, maps, or native web browsers that you would expect from "The leader in CRM technology". Feels like we were duped by the sales person that we met at a conference that convinced us Redtail was going to be able to do all of this and more

Allow us to add an alert to our cell phones for any tasks or appointments - it needs to be an option as we add the new item.

If you had google apps sync this would be handled by google :)

Our advisors are mobile and need to see there alerts or items to do for the day on the home screen of the mobile app. It is important for the alerts added on the desktop push down to the mobile platform.

I want to know what is scheduled for my day at a glance when I am mobile...and if there is something pressing, an alert so that I am aware of it
