Fix Contact Photo
Allow us to upload an image that is not square, we previously would upload all client Driver's Licenses, and crop the photo! It was great, we had a Client photo for everyone and quick access to all their DL info. It now cuts off the edges since no State has a square DL. Please fix this, this is a deal breaker for me.

I agree with this - the square only feature should be removed. It retracts from the capabilities of redtail. The only way I've found to get around this problem is to open the DL in Paint, shrink it and move it to the middle of the palette surrounded by empty space. Then saving it and cropping it in redtail from there. With a CRM system designed to be efficient, having to do this just makes me lose valuable time.

I agree that the tiny circle/square is somewhat useless. I use this mainly for our business clients to add their logo. I don't see the usefulness of using it for clients to add photos since it is so small. There is a lot of real estate on that contact screen header, and a larger client photo/headshot/logo would be useful.

The contact pictures shrunk with the newest 2.0 update making them really hard to see.
Have also noticed that lately when uploading a picture, the top is cut off before even making you crop.

Once you've uploaded a photo to be the client's "profile photo" being allowed to crop it again in case it doesn't look good the way it is
