    This is now strongly encouraged by FINRA and should be added. Ideally, we should be able to select another contact in the CRM because 99% of the time, it will be a spouse/child/parent that is already a contact.

    Our broker-dealer requires us to add trusted contact information or say that none was provided.

    I agree that this needs to be revised. There is so much wasted white space. We would love the ability to create a one-page client profile form with all of the existing information as well as other fields to be customized.

    Back in my ACT! days, I created a one-page report where I can see all family member names and DOBs, account numbers and values, plus other custom fields that we use for client reviews.

    I agree. This is *the* main reason we really don't use workflows. Nothing goes precisely as planned by setting one target date at the beginning. If a workflow has 12 steps/tasks, and the first step is thrown off by one day, the entire workflow is kinda worthless moving forward.
