conference room availability
Iif multiple advisors share a single conference room then have a way for us to see quickly (maybe an icon on the activity) that represents the activity taking place in the conference room. Similar to your upcoming feature of telling advisors they have double booked themselves this would tell an advisor that a room is double booked. To make this work properly we would need to be able to add a few set locations that we can easily select (while still having the ability to put in a one time address when appropriate.

We have multiple conference rooms, it would be nice if the location worked similar to Outlook that you could search which rooms are available and reserve/add that room and not worry about double booking a room since we have multiple advisors in the same office

Maybe create 1-5 different conference room icons (colors, numbers to differentiate); site manager can assign the icons to rooms. Also, consider making various icons for in office/out of office for location or have a variety of icons that would reflect activities, e.g., airplane for travel, podium for conference or presentation, exclamation for needs attention, paper for paperwork needed, green check if meeting is ready, red X if canceled, etc.)

Microsoft Outlook does this well - please take a look at that program for ideas how to do this on Redtail. Thank you.

We just created a Redtail user and called it "conference room" this way everyone can see when it is available or taken.

It would be helpful if you could create a conference room scheduler so we can see when our conference room is booked or available. If you could add that to the mobile app too that would be a home run. This way we can check/ schedule the conf room even when we're away from the office.

It would be a HUGE help if you added a shared calendar that we could use to book our conference room. (I'm sure others would need multiples) Currently we would need to use up one of our user accounts to create this. It would be SOOO cool if, when scheduling an activity, you could choose to reserve a conference room at the same time. I've seen done before as a "Resource", when adding scheduling an activity, you can choose to reserve resources: conference room, projector, etc.
