Client Review should read 'Last Review' and should be 'Overdue' if not completed on time
know your client, client review tab should read "last review" and if the next review is not completed on time, it should read "overdue"

If this automatically updates in error - showing us we've reviewed an account when we really haven't - and we all think everything has been in good order with one of our clients accounts, but it really isn't... Worst case scenario we lose potentially huge accounts from our AUM because our customer service level isn't satisfactory based on the client review section updates. - All because a system isn't working how it realistically should be by an apparent large vote of client database users compared with some other items being reviewed on the Redtail to do list.
I sincerely hope this does get addressed somehow, or we could lose out on a customer and/or their future referrals because I told a boss all of our accounts are up to date on reviews, upon which time we then we get an angry customer's phone call asking why we haven't been in touch in the past few months/years or even worse, see their account has been transferred out entirely.
The system users should be checking off that a review was completed and to update to the next scheduled review date.
Not simply a reminder that can get lost in the shuffle. Reviews are one of the most important scheduled events for customer service we could ever use on the system.
I understand there are activities that could be created that basically sidestep this issue entirely, but why even have the section in the database, then? As a reminder of how it doesn't work in the first place? It can't be a trusted source of information, which the database is all about.
How can this go for this long unchecked, or without any update on the status of the original request's review?

The Last/Next Review Date fields in the Know Your Client section is something our practice uses to help schedule the next review date for each client, rather than creating an activity for it, to help minimize the data footprint of each contact record (because there is enough "clutter" on record). If there were a way to make either of these fields, or both, a trigger event for an automation template(i.e. linking a Review Meeting workflow)...I believe it would enhance the Redtail experience.

the default viewing is "reminder review date" NOT "Next review date". I need the option to save the "next review date" for my weekly reviews with portfolio manager.
This feature was available before we upgraded to TailWag. I went through this w/ Brian who is trying to help me. This feature needs to be added since I rely on this religiously in managing my clients accounts. -

I would like to have secondary Client Review date field. Reason is to keep the initial first client review date and change the second date to reflect new carry over if client misses review on a quarterly bases. Thank you.

I would like to be able to complete a review like a task once we have contacted the client. It drives me nuts to have it remain on my calendar once we have contacted them.

Set up an automation as the reminder as a trigger (i.e. A reminder of a client review is on 7/1/15, then a task is automatically created two weeks before to set the appointment)

It is frustrating when we need to move a client's 'next review date' to another month - go to Edit and only option is to change 'FIRST review date' thus losing that information; there should be an option to change 'NEXT review date.'

I don't think the Review Date should be updated if they come in later than expected. I keep my clients on a 13 week visit schedule, as well as an annual review, which relates to me charging them for their annual fee. By your logic, that would keep pushing dates back, and I'd like to keep my clients on a consistent calendar as well as get paid for my services on a regular basis instead of having that get pushed off.

Hi Tara - I noticed that in the Project Tailwag demo site, the last meeting date is still shown as the First Meeting Date. Is this going to be changed? It really doesn't make sense for it to be labeled 'First Meeting Date'. It actually is the 'Last Meeting Date'.

I think "next review" should just be a month.....not an exact date (unless, of course, you have it definitely scheduled). Then, you could run a report of "reviews due in March" for an example. This doesn't make sense to me to have a date when an appointment isn't even scheduled.

Two improvements related to client review dates.
1. Is there a way the client review date can be updated after the client actually comes in. For example if their review date is set for 1/15/15 annually but they don't actually come in until 2/25/15, is it possible that redtail would just update the next review date to be 2/25/16?
2. The client review dates show up on the calendar as all day events. Is there a way after the appointment is set to close out the client review as if it were a task so that particular one doesn't show up on the calendar anymore. I know you can hide all client reviews, but I would just like to close out that one once it is scheduled. -

In the Client review area, an option could be available for an 'Update/complete' function and also an area to write notes regarding that particular review.

We are new to Redtail, and I see review dates has been an issue for quite awhile. Not a warm feeling on getting issues resolved in a timely fashion. Add our name to the list to get "Option to Manually Update Reminders Sections" and "Client Review Should read "Last Review ...". These features are really important to us. Thank You!

Competitors (Sales Force, ProTracker Advantage) have Client Review features as described in the comments. Please enhance the Client Review features to show those clients who's last review contact is outside of the selected range for that client (i.e., quarterly, every 4 months, every 6 months, annually, etc.). I agree with the others that this is a CRITICAL component for our practice as exceeding the frequency of contact expectations of our clients is an absolute must in our business. Thank you!
