Client Review should read 'Last Review' and should be 'Overdue' if not completed on time
know your client, client review tab should read "last review" and if the next review is not completed on time, it should read "overdue"
The suggestion may be planned, but there is no timeline on this feature being added.
This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

It would be great if you could put a dynamic Review button in the client appointment booking page to denote whether this appointment should be the Last Review Date. Then if there is a field that says Target Date of Next Review you could enter the date specifically or choose 3, 6 or 12 months so it would remind you to reach out to schedule.

This is the main reason we don't use the "next review date" feature - if the client gets off the "first review" schedule, which almost all do over time, the next review date becomes useless.

as of 10-15-2022 there are 1208 votes on this issue yet no movement! Why do we bother to provide feedback if they aren't going to listen?

This idea was suggested in 2013 and as of 2019 not implemented and as of 2022 still not implemented. Again another huge fail for compliance. Technically the Client Review Report doesn't show reviews in the past and I have had a ticket open on that for at least 8 months. It's unbelievable how long it takes to get issues related to compliance resolved. I'm feeling less confident in using Redtail as they bill themselves as compliance focused. It has been 9 years since this was suggested and still not implemented, I'm shocked.

This feature would be very helpful to have the initial starting point and then be able to adjust from there / Please consider

It is nice to have the initial history and then update as necessary from there

This is important. For a lot of our long-term clients, the first review date is significantly different from the current review dates for the past couple of years.

I am amazed that with Reg BI, Covid, and the myriad of federal regs that appear annually, improving the Client Review section would garner a higher level of urgency at Redtail. This category (as has the similar others) been on the list for some 5-10 years and the last notice posted from technology is 9-12 months ago. As we need to operate as fiduciaries (and the brokerage community is moving closer to that standard), we need better record keeping and processes to maintain our client relationships (and to provide CYA)!

So many requests with hundreds of votes calling for improvement on the Client Review system. Please consider.

Please consider, lots of votes here on this one and there are almost 300 votes on another request that is basically asking for the same thing. Currently I'm using an excel sheet to track which is very time consuming. Meetings with clients is the primary job of an advisor and we need to be efficient in this area. Please help.

Please add a last review date section and allow us the ability to select specific months for reviews versus being force to sequence "every 6 months, etc,". We've had to spreadsheet our client review tracking process. With the recent updates, if I have a client set to meet every March and August and I meet with them in April instead of March, there is not way to document that in the client review section without disrupting the whole sequence. In the past, I've just used the first review date field to document last review date but that doesn't work now. Please help. Thanks!

A big reason for a CRM is to track past meetings with clients, which helps you to schedule future meetings. The CRM does not have anywhere to track when you have actually had a meeting, beyond creating activities.
The 'Know Your Client' has this potential, but is not flexible. Once you put in a 'first review' the system locks down these dates, which does not take into account the fact that sometimes meetings get pushed back. For example, if you meet 4x per year, but client has to push back by two months, you will have your meeting and KYC will then tell you 1 month later that you need another meeting. If instead of 'first review' you had the option of 'last review' the system would then wait the appropriate 3 months for the next reminder. I like KYC, but it does not take into account real world variability of scheduling.

There should be three editable options under client review:
Last Review - enter date of most recent review.
Next Review Due - enter date to begin contact for setting next review.
Next Review Set - enter date when review is set.Otherwise the client review area is useless.

PLEASE update this to show the LAST REVIEW that actually happened, and then NEXT REVIEW DATE SHOULD BE, instead of NEXT REVIEW DATE. If NEXT REVIEW DATE, it looks like it is already scheduled, when it isn't.
When scheduling an appointment, there could be a box we check to update the CLIENT REVIEW dates. Also, you could put a box we check off in the CLIENT REVIEW section to say that the NEXT REVIEW IS scheduled.
Like others, we are using a separate Excel spreadsheet, when the CRM should be tracking this for us.
THANK YOU. :)
