History of Client Reviews
Can we have a system that tracks the history of Client Reviews? Currently we have the option to input the first review, but I don't see how we can track what has been completed. Some clients will not meet exactly within a year (six months, quarterly, etc.) of the first meeting. It would be nice to enter in the reviews and then have the countdown to the next review begin based on the last completed review.
The suggestion may be planned, but there is no timeline on this feature being added. This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

Add a Annual Review check box to the creating an activity pop up and allow this to be another filter to generating a report. The ultimate goal would be able to generate a report that list all the annual reviews year to date or even have the ability to quickly generate a report that list the last annual review (open/completed) linked to the client. Currently, a report can be generate that list all the open/completed appointments. The ability to separate annual reviews from follow up appointments would be extremely helpful to our firm.

It would be great to be able to generate a report for the first/prior meetings with clients as of a certain date in the past.

It would be helpful to be able to enter client review dates of not only the first client review, but have a running list of all the dates the client was reviewed. Then we could see a list of the dates and not just override the "first client review date" every time (I don't want to set the recurring reminder). I would just like a history of the dates reviewed instead of just the "first" which then ends up getting replaced.

It would be nice to have a report option for Client Reviews with a drop down of the type of review given (phone, in office, client home, mailed, etc.). and a date. We don't need to see a reminder report, we want to see when we LAST saw the client.

Does the new Tailwag save the last review date entered as a note in the client's contact? We haven't transitioned yet to Tailwag but in the current version you override the Last Portfolio Review date when you meet with the client, but the data that was there is not saved anywhere. Just curious if that was addressed at all in Tailwag.

Capture/document past client reviews to be able to view them in the future in addition to the feature that shows upcoming reviews. It would be nice to be able to add meeting information/what was discussed under this section

The current review report only shows a persons' review date once. eg. bob is scheduled for a review every 3 months. It will only show him once during the whole year if you try to see the scheduling for the year.

Currently there is no way to easily track the client reviews that my REPS do. I would like to easily see for each client the last review date and easily set a new review date that may not be on a set schedule. Also I would like to have a report that I can view my REPS clients and see if they have missed a review or have not conducted a review recently.

It is such a serious issue in our office - that I called Redtail about it. I was told this only acts as a "recommendation" and is not meant to be a standard feature..... But it is essential to our core business as well as compliance.
We should also be able to pull a retroactive list of clients who should have been contacted. The program does not allow for this either.
This has to get fixed fast otherwise, what is the point of this RedTail program?
