Automations: Make the Know your Client Review Date a Trigger Event
The Last/Next Review Date fields in the Know Your Client section is something our practice uses to help schedule the next review date for each client, rather than creating an activity for it, to help minimize the data footprint of each contact record (because there is enough "clutter" on record). If there were a way to make either of these fields, or both, a trigger event for an automation template(i.e. linking a Review Meeting workflow)...I believe it would enhance the Redtail experience.
The suggestion may be planned, but there is no timeline on this feature being added.
This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!
Have an option for "not done" or something like that for skipped appts, activities etc. If a client is a "no show" I don't want to delete the activity or mark it as complete, but want it off the calendar as a open activity
Have a field "last review" that is auto updated after review meeting ; should be displayed on front page list last activity

Integrate Know your client Review with actual Activities. Once the adviser has met with the client, enable the last meeting date to be updated.
Certain Clients I am required to do an annual review.
Here is what I would like to be able to automate:
The following is a list of said clients
They are all in the “Annual Review Required” tag group.
I have to an annual review with each of them each calendar year. Not each 365 days.
So if I do a review with Richard White on January 10th, 2016, it is OK if I don’t do his annual review until December 13th , 2017.
What would be nice if on January 1, 2017, every single one of my clients in the “Annual Review Required” tag group were automatically put into the “Annual Review” work flow.
The idea is that throughout the year I would have work flows for each of those clients at a glance to remind me of who still needs an annual review. As I complete said annual reviews, those names would drop off this list of workflows.

Agree - or even better would be to allow the system to automate this. When a review meeting is due have it automatically generate a template workflow. We have created a workflow for reaching out to a client and scheduling meetings that would work nicely with this feature!
YES! I would love this.
I would like to be able to complete a review like a task once we have contacted the client. It drives me nuts to have it remain on my calendar once we have contacted them.

Set up an automation as the reminder as a trigger (i.e. A reminder of a client review is on 7/1/15, then a task is automatically created two weeks before to set the appointment)

In the Client review area, an option could be available for an 'Update/complete' function and also an area to write notes regarding that particular review.

Update to above request "Redtail Client Review scheduler"
Our office is looking for some way that Redtail can help automate our client review process.When a client review is scheduled if, RT could automatically schedule a prep task 3-4 days prior to the review date and a follow up task immediately after the review for the rep assigned to. Also create prep task one week prior to the review date and follow task immediately after the review for the rep’s assistant.If you need some clarification on what we are looking for please contact me. It would be very helpful if an activity was automatically created for client reviews so that we can track, follow up, make notes, postpone ect... Currently, we have to manually input the review after checking the know your client section.
