How can we improve Redtail Technology's CRM?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. Ability to send broadcast email as the advisor

    Instead of my advisor having to log in and send out the broadcast emails, it would be better if there was a way to "send as" so the broadcast emails come from my advisor and not me.

  2. Attach Documets to Email Templates

    Be able to attach different documents, like questionairres, that do not have to be attached every time an email is sent out.

  3. ability to print broadcast email list

    looking to have the ability to print the list of persons the email broadcast was sent to.

  4. Warning when sending attachment

    Redtail does not prompt you with a warning when an attachment is to large for an email. Instead it sends out the email without the attachment, and no notification.

    Please fix this issue

  5. Save an Email Template directly from Broadcast Email drafting window

    If you create a Broadcast Email without first going through Email Templates, you have to re-create all of your work if you accidentally click away from the drafting window or need to change the recipients. Since there is no "Save Draft" option in Broadcast Emails, please allow users to at least save their work from the drafting window as a template for later editing and re-use.
