  2. Form CRS Tracking at the Contact Level instead of Account Level

    I looked over and read your release notes about the tracking of Form CRS in Retail and I think that it is in the wrong place. We were under the impression that the form has to be given at the time of the recommendation whether the contact works with us or not. Only being able to track the form under an account does not capture the full scope of what is needed. I would suggest putting this in the Misc Info tab or making a new tab only for Reg BI.   3. Direct Zoom Integration with Redtail CRM

    Creating a direct integration between Redtail CRM and Zoom would be incredibly helpful for scheduling and running remote meetings. The current integration (Zapier) is reliant on using thirdparty calendar softwares outside of RedTail that our firm does not utilize.

  5. Family names

    It would help improve efficiency to be able to tag a family name in an activity, note, or opportunity. Currently you must tag each individual involved. For example John Doe has to be tagged and so would Jane Doe. If we were able to select "Doe, John & Jane" from a family name category information could post on both client cards and save time in searching for the spouses name.

  6. beneficiary information...details

    Maybe under the misc. client info add a spot for beneficiary details where you can list kids social securities and birth dates. I am constantly digging through old paperwork to find this information when doing new paperwork. I don't want to make a new client profile if all I want to save is these two pieces of information.

  8. Orion Integration Report

    There needs to be a simple way for us to see which contacts have been linked to the Orion Integration. The only way currently is to go to the client, click on integrations and see what pops up. Some sort of report or field for each contact would be helpful to audit the integration.

  9. speak window

    Before the new version, the Speak window would overlay on top of the main RT page. Our company is largely remote and uses Speak exclusively for internal messaging purposes. We decided to use Speak instead of Slack specifically because we did not want to have another tab/window open. The new version requires us to open another tab for the application. Could we have the option to keep the Speak window within the same tab?

  10. Invite multiple clients at once to Speak

    Being able to invite multiple clients to Speak at once would be very helpful! If we want to invite, say, all of our "A" clients to communicate via Speak, we currently have to go through and manually invite every one one at a time, which is a huge pain and very time consuming! We should be able to select multiple clients at once or select a tag group and invite them all at once since we can only have one invitation message anyway.

  13. orion integration field mapping for two way integration

    Under the current Orion Household <-> Redtail two-way sync integration, the first name field of the Orion Household links to the first name field of the primary Redtail contact. This is not ideal. The "equivalent" of the Orion Household name is the Redtail Family Name.

    For example, assume John Doe is married to Jane Doe. Both are contacts in Redtail and and are joined together under the same family name in Redtail. Each John & Jane have separate IRA accounts in a Household group in Orion.

  14. Add permissions options to Libraries and/or Folders in Redtail Imaging

    We highly recommend adding ability to add permissions to Libraries and/or Folders created in Redtail Imaging. Example: Owners want a Corporate Library Folder to hold documents such as Employee Contracts/Salaries, Expenses, etc.

  15. Interactive Form

    It would be extremely helpful to have an integration for interactive forms. If a client could fill out the interactive form and their information gets automatically uploaded to Redtail it would negate a lot of manual data input. Thank you kindly for your consideration.

    in regards to the following being inside the accts info::
    Best Interest Dates
    CRS Date Sent

    CRS Date Signed

    I questioned our Broker Dealer if we only had to leave these forms when business was written. My reply back from the BD was :: Please see below for what is required. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
    1) The advisor is required to keep track of when they provide the form CRS to clients and prospects alike.

    I have clients who text me when I am on vacation. When I don't respond, they send another. We need to have the ability for an automatic reply and a group text option.

  18. Archive former users names

    Would be nice if we could archive users names who don't work for the firm any longer without running the risk of deleting past activities previously assigned to or completed by that user. Just like we can archive old addresses, email addresses, etc. Our user list keeps getting longer as people are hired or leave. So easy to click on the wrong user, possibly one who no longer works here, when assigning a task.

  20. Copytalk Integration

    When notes from Copytalk are posted in Redtail any special notations requested by the author i.e. Bold, Underline and even the Copytalk typist notation of (garbled) or (could not understand) do not show up in Redtail. Only plain text is posted through the integration and creates problems with accuracy in Redtail.
