Form CRS Tracking at the Contact Level instead of Account Level
I looked over and read your release notes about the tracking of Form CRS in Retail and I think that it is in the wrong place. We were under the impression that the form has to be given at the time of the recommendation whether the contact works with us or not. Only being able to track the form under an account does not capture the full scope of what is needed. I would suggest putting this in the Misc Info tab or making a new tab only for Reg BI. Direct Zoom Integration with Redtail CRM
Creating a direct integration between Redtail CRM and Zoom would be incredibly helpful for scheduling and running remote meetings. The current integration (Zapier) is reliant on using thirdparty calendar softwares outside of RedTail that our firm does not utilize.

night mode
a dark or night mode, help ease my eyes from looking at this big white screen!

Dark Mode - Google has this feature. White background becomes black to help eye sight.
Our office staff sits in front of a computer 8-10 hours a day. White background is brighter and causes more strain/fatigue in eyesight. A "dark mode" would help minimize that feeling/strain.

Orion Integration Report
There needs to be a simple way for us to see which contacts have been linked to the Orion Integration. The only way currently is to go to the client, click on integrations and see what pops up. Some sort of report or field for each contact would be helpful to audit the integration.

Family names
It would help improve efficiency to be able to tag a family name in an activity, note, or opportunity. Currently you must tag each individual involved. For example John Doe has to be tagged and so would Jane Doe. If we were able to select "Doe, John & Jane" from a family name category information could post on both client cards and save time in searching for the spouses name.

Allow users to import their own lists into Redtail.

Dictation directly into Redtail
Dictation directly into Redtail would definitely be an uptick. There are a couple of closed suggestions showing that this has been completed, but my understanding after corresponding with Redtail support is that this is NOT a current feature. Please look into this. It is a feature available with Microsoft office and it would be extremely beneficial o dictate notes and tasks without having to use a third-party source. It takes at least 24 hours before Redtail notes are transcribed.

Moveable Chat bubble
It would be nice if the chat bubble that is in the bottom right corner of the CRM would be moveable to other areas on the screen or for it to completely disappear and be button on the top. When we go to the accounts screen, the chat bubble covers up the total account value when you scroll all the way to the bottom and you can't see the number.

let's talk bubble for support chat
It would be nice to be able to move the "Let's talk" bubble in the bottom right corner. Sometimes it hides information that I need to see.

Orion Advisor Integration - Link the Redtail client back to the Orion Household during auto-link
When using autolink to load Orion accounts to Redtail, also automatically link the client back to the household in Orion so the 2-way synch will work without manually having to link every household. We auto-linked about 800 accounts and then found out we have to go through the clients one by one and manually link them back to a household in Orion. The matching Social Security number was the key to uploading all the accounts from Orion. Why not then link the Redtail client to the Orion household at that point?

Default Permission
It would be helpful to be able to say "any contact added by XYZ user should be assigned a default Permission of ABC". The current options in the Automations do not allow for this.
We have multiple users in our database that only work under one team. It is an extra step for them to remember to add their Permission each time they add a contact and even harder to remember to go in and update any contacts that are created automatically as Employers or Spouses etc.

Move Support Chat Bubble to Sidebar
The blue support chat bubble in the bottom right corner blocks view. Specifically, I can't quickly see when a user created an activity. It's great that the support chat bubble is on every page- so is the collapsible side bar on the left. Why not move the bubble to the sidebar so it is out of the way?

To Do List
I see it's been posted a few times but I just want to reiterate, a running To-Do List would be an invaluable feature to Redtail. It would be great to simply be able to add items to the list and then re-arrange based on priority. This would be for simple and one-off tasks where a workflow might not be appropriate or necessary and would help keep my desk clear of sticky notes. Would be ideal to make sure it appears on the phone app too. Please add this (seemingly) simple feature.

Birthday Reminders
I think it would be a good idea to be able to trigger a reminder for a certain birthday. Like 72 for RMD's or 18 for clients who have certain accounts that need to be addressed when their child turns 18.

Display database name in header/quicker switch
Displaying the database name you are using on the header line would be extremely convenient. Currently you need to go into the menu to "switch databases" to see exactly where you are. It would also be helpful to switch between 2 databases quicker.

Add a timestamp or timeline to Financial's
Under the "Financials" Tab at the bottom of the profile, it would be nice if we could see when they were last updated (and possibly add a 'confirmed' timestamp if the financials haven't changed) to know that they are current. As an office where assistants reference this information from the Reps and the Reps are often remote, this would make it so much more convenient if we could see that they recently updated the financials after speaking with the client.

Make "Lets Talk" Chat Bubble Moveable
PLEASE make the "Lets Talk" chat bubble in the bottom right of the screen minimizable, closeable, or at the very least MOVEABLE. It's in the way of information we utilize and its INFURIATING.

udf layout customization
It would be great to be able to customize the UDF section layout as well as add collapsable areas for specific info.
ex - a collapsible area titled RMD's with the fields being 2019, 2020, 2021 etc.
ex - A collapsible area titled IRA contributions with the fields being 2019, 2020, 2021 etc.
The titled area would be able to be named and edited
