Date Paste
Redtail have a function to have a 'date paste' similar the F5 function is in notepad (for example) where the date will automatically appear to make leaving notes easier.

archived emails and searches
If you archive an email and the client no longer uses emails they still show up in a search when using email address is not empty because there is an email but it's archived - archiving information should not be used for reports and searches - it returns bad information!

Dog names
I miss the doggy pics with their names. Not so concerned about the owners but miss saying good morning to the dogs upon login. Please give them names!

dynamic passcode generator
like Schwab has... phone app generates unique set of six numbers every thirty seconds that appends to the end of password. Very secure. Unlike your current MFA which simple browser password savers seem to circumvent. I do not feel safe or secure at present considering how much critical info we have stored

More team connectivity on RT Speak.
In this world of team connectivity and AI. I would like to be able to add other RT Speak team members from separate RT Speak subscriptions. I would like to suggest the ability to leave voice messages that are archived. Sending group messages would be great as well. (voice or text)

Allow phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses to be re-arranged.
Allow users to re-arrange addresses, phone numbers, & email addresses.
I understand this idea is already out there, but here it is again, with a possible fix... Make it so that we can "Click & Drag" to re-arrange the list. Right now, it just lines them up as they are entered.3 votes -

Support Chat Bubble
The current chat bubble that shows in the bottom right really should be moved to the bottom left so that it's out of the way of being able to see a clients overall account values when looking at the account tab. Currently it blocks the total value and you can't click and move it anywhere else.

On Imports do not create a duplicate contact if there is a matching name and email in the system already
On Imports do not create a duplicate contact if there is a matching name and email in the system already. Other CRM's do this, you can make it optional based on preference and then create an output from the import process that shows which ones were not imported. This is critical for a process I have to do.

Vault feature
Consider adding a "Vault" feature to Redtail CRM or as a separate module that would allow the secure transfer of documents between clients and advisors.

Provide a Date Stamp on the Feedback Forum
It would be great to have a date stamp on the Feeback Forum site next to each idea versus having to open each one to see when it was posted. Also, some of these requests have been executed/resolved so it would be great if they were removed or resolution notes listed.

Redtail Speak- We should be able to pull a list into Redtail Speak.
We would like to be able to import a client list out of Redtail CRM into Redtail Speak to send out the Invite for texting. It is crazy to me that we have to click on each client individually to send invites. Both platforms are owned by the same company. It would be ok if you were just starting out and only had a few clients, but for an established business this is time prohibitive to use the service. Please add this ability.

SPEAK: Join or add someone to multiple conversations at once.
1) Create an option within Speak (maybe beside creating a new conversation) where you can select multiple and/or select all conversations in order to add someone to that conversation.
2) Have a feature on the contact record page that you can click to "Join Speak Conversation" for that specific contact.
3) Bulk Action item to "Join Speak Conversation" when selecting a report to view all clients.
This would be much more efficient than trying to manually add the same person to individual speak conversations. This would be very helpful when a new hire comes on board.

Add GMT+10
Add GMT+10 time zone for those practicing in the Pacific and Australian region. As we are past the international date line, using the current Redtail time zones is extremely unhelpful. At any given time, we are a full day ahead of US time zones.

Redtail Speak-Separate tab for active conversations
It would be nice if there was a separate tab or section for active text conversations in Redtail Speak vs. contacts who haven't accepted their invitations yet.

Move the chat bubble - it's in the way
The chat bubble is in the way on several screens, especially the pagination buttons on list pages - reports, workflows etc. You also can't see the creation date/time on activities. You have to scroll all the way down to see the date/time, but then the bubble covers it up. I'd love to show you a picture, but you can't upload on this forum. It would be fine if it were movable but it's not. Just put it on the left side instead of the right side. There is nothing over on the left side to click on - it's completely…

Make "Lets Talk" Chat Bubble Moveable
PLEASE make the "Lets Talk" chat bubble in the bottom right of the screen minimizable, closeable, or at the very least MOVEABLE. It's in the way of information we utilize and its INFURIATING.

I think the chat option is a great feature, but it blocks the Account Balance totals when reviewing our client's accounts. Would be awesome to be able to move it to the left-hand side of the page or close it so it doesn't obstruct any data views when not in use.
