There seems to be quite a lot of red in the new look, which is not great in our industry. Please consider using a different color.

Adjust New Red Tint Theme
The new red tint that came out in today's theme update (3/21/24) is very bright, with high contrast, and not soft on the eyes. Would be nice to have the option to adjust this to a darker tint of red, like the current red/maroon in this feedback forum (which I believe was the old Redtail red).

Color contrast in new release is bad for accessibility
The contrasts in the new release of the CRM make it very hard to see the edges around boxes/areas, the white and grey are too similar, and the red is too bright.

changing color of main CRM - can't stand to look at white screen all day
With the new change of the CRM, the primarily all white screen is going to be a little hard to look at all day every day and we should have an option to change the color up to something more appealing and gentle on the eyes with looking at a computer screen all day.

Need a DARK mode more than ever with this new layout
With the new layout you can hardly see borders and it is SO bright now.

Overwhelmingly bright, and not enough definition between sections
This new layout is fine, but the screen is painfully bright. It literally hurts to look at. Everything feels washed out, and there is not enough definition between categories. Some defined contrast between background and the widgets would be greatly appreciated.

Differentiate between the areas on.
The new layout needs to have shading for the side boxes - too much white on the screen. Need to be able to see the different "areas". Maybe shade or put back some type of outline.

New Look
Not a fan of the new look. Bigger does NOT equal better - now less fits on the screen and more scrolling is required. Please bring back the old layout!!

CRM Updates 3/21/24
The updates that were rolled out 3/21/24 make the screens hard to read. It would help if the background had a darker shading or there were lines to help visually break up the screen somehow.

move chat bubble
Can you make the chat bubble moveable so I can move it out of the way of the account balances when looking at the account listing for a client? Having it moveable will allow me to place it in a less obstructive spot.

Move the chat button to bottom left side of page, rather than right.
Can we move the Redtail chat button to the bottom left side of the page, rather than the bottom right. It's current placement gets in the way of seeing dates when information is added.

Microsoft Suite Sync
I did the sync for myself before rolling it out to the rest of the agency. A couple suggestions I have: (1) everyone in the company should be able to see all emails to a contact, not just the person that sent the email; and (2) the name of the contact should be synced to Outlook with the scheduled appointment. Thanks!

Internal Messenger / Chat
Internal chat/messenger for users. My colleagues and I would like to be able to message each other. Similar to teams.

Contact accessibility
When I'm prospecting or keeping up with clients, I would love if I could populate a list of all my contacts and sort on one page the last time I actually spoke to the person and the notes of our conversation. Instead of clicking into each individual name, then clicking the notes tab and sorting through that. It would make it a lot more efficient if I could have it all on one page to scroll through and keep organized.

Date Paste
Redtail have a function to have a 'date paste' similar the F5 function is in notepad (for example) where the date will automatically appear to make leaving notes easier.
