I would like to suggest that the permissions for notes should default to the permissions that are set for the client. We now need to click two to four more times to set the permissions.

All of our contacts are in Canada, it would be great to be able to set a default preference so that the country field is set for the country that you have most of your clients in.

It would be helpful to be able to view and change the email viewing permissions per client similar to how client viewing permissions work. That way you could allow certain staff to view some email but not all. Currently it is either they can just see their own emails or everyones.

Tara do you have any better timeline for this development? I am currently the only planner in our office using Redtail and the others are looking at switching crms. This is an important feature for them.
