Yes, this an obvious functionality that is needed, especially since you cannot schedule workflows. Attaching a workflow to an activity allows workflows to be started at the right time. Linking a link to START a workflow is good, no need to automatically start the workflow, but an activity to remind a user to start the workflow and which one is good.

Would like to assign custom roles for firms to adapt redtail into their structure. For example Paraplanner may be in charge of scheduling workflow steps while an associate advisor would be the ones assigned to run meetings and so forth. Also this could include outside roles like billing roles for certain clients with special circumstances, etc.
Summary - Ability to create custom roles to add to the default Associate Advisor, Advisor, and CSA roles.

This is also needed for when I have repeated meetings I want to make sure the whole team is included in. Instead of adding it manually to each activity when we get new team members, it should be dynamically updated.

Yes, having a workflow or activity or email triggered from a keyword being added or removed would be a great help.
