Opportunity Automation - Link Existing Workflow
It would be great to have automation options for Opportunities.
i.e. when Opp created, Link Existing workflows to it.
Or.. When Workflow complete, change sales stage of Opp

"Contact Created By", added as automation condition
When an advisor creates a new contact, no matter what they fill in within the contact, the "Contact Created By" can be an automation condition/

When using automation to trigger a workflow it would be helpful if that person was listed as the creating user in a workflow.
When using automation to trigger a workflow it would be helpful if that person was listed as the creating user in a workflow. Currently it becomes a workflow but is unassigned. Example - if you change and address the address change workflow is triggered but it is not assigned to anyone because the workflow is assigned to creating user.

new ideas for Automation Tool
Need to create an Added By condition in automation. I like the automation tool but I would like to create a rule where it allow any users that creates a new contact to automatically create a permission rule.

automations multiple trigger
Ability to add multiple trigger events for one automation. For instance, if any of several selected events occurs an automation is activated. (i.e. if any of address, phone, or email is changed, a workflow is activated).

Would be great to automatically send an email using a specific, existing Redtail Email Template once an Activity is created.
i.e. Activity = Client Review. Once created, the Client Review Email Confirmation template would be triggered to send.

Contact import sheet permissions
I have my automation's set up for my users and I have the automation set up as contact added, permission to, user name if they add themselves as the servicing advisor or writing advisor to the new contact.
My suggestion is when I send a contact import sheet for bulk up load there is a servicing advisor field. However, when you all do the bulk upload the automation is not triggered. Can you please set it up when I do a bulk up load and have the servicing advisor listed as well as the automation set up that only that…

printing to a label maker
I have a Brother QL 500 label maker that I use continually. Everyone in the office has one, would it be possible to have a system set up to print the Clients Name and address from the RT contact group. For those of use who use Label Makers I think it's be Really a nice help.

red capture
I would like to have a workflow launched if a contact updates their information through RedCapture.
I think this would mean a new trigger event of "Note added", then I can specify the note contains the words "Updated by Red Capture" or something similar.

develop tag group notifications
Develop a way for users to be notified when someone is added to a tag group. There are many forms of action taken based on these tag groups. Some of these actions are only for new ones added. It would be helpful to know when new ones are added to tag groups.

Automation upon lead created
For web to lead creation, we would love to see an automation triggered upon lead creation. This would maybe allow us to automatically respond via email, or at least provide a timely, "hello" to those who find us on the web.

New User Automation
It would be nice to have an automation available that upon adding a new user to the system a workflow can be run to remember to do various tasks or update specific lists, etc...

email automations
We would like Automations to be able to be triggered by incoming email. For instance we want to be able to advertise to clients to send an email with subject line "Withdrawal Request" and Redtail would be able to set an automation that whenever an incoming email with that subject line goes in to Redtail, it will automatically trigger an automation that will launch a pre-defined "Withdrawal Request" workflow that we have built.

Condition Item - Assigned To
I would like to be automatically notified when specific activity types are assigned to certain individuals on our team. An automation that has Assigned To as a Condition Item would facilitate this.

Default email to compliance team when a client note is created (compliance issue)
A default email is sent to the Compliance Team each time a Client Note is created for compliance purposes.
